Ski Lessons: There are different ski lesson departures. This varies depending on the time of year and the type of course. We invite you to contact the school, giving them the address of your accommodation.

PARKING:
Officially there is no parking provided with the rental. Unofficially in the courtyard, there are 3 places + 1 place in a row. That is 1 place for each of the 4 apartments. This 4th place in a row being blocked. This means that families must organize themselves to know which vehicle will be immobilized by the others. In practice it works very well. But officially there is no parking provided in this rental


HOW ARE KEYS GIVEN?
The reception and the handing over of the keys is done on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.

IS END OF STAY CLEANING INCLUDED?
Yes, end of stay cleaning is included in your reservation. It does not include the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture...), trash cans to be thrown away and, if necessary, the cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes)

Linens (sheets and towels) are not included in this reservation: You must come with your own linens. These services are optional. To be booked directly with the Conciergerie des Aravis:
- Rental of household linen (sheets and towels): €27.5 per person.
NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the
description of the accommodation. The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows
squares (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240)

ARE ANIMALS ACCEPTED?
We do not accept animals. It may sound rigid, but we've had too much abuse. Thank you for understanding.

GOOD TO KNOW, CHALET RULES et CONDITIONS
- The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Departure time is 10 a.m. maximum
- If end-of-stay cleaning is included, it does not include the kitchen (crockery, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), waste bins and, where applicable, cleaning of the fireplace (windows and ashes)
- Don't forget your checkbook for the security deposit (not cashed)
