No pickup from the Airport
The only reason I chose this hotel was because it said on Expedia page that they can arrange for a pickup at Nantes Airport. However I tried contacting the hotel to arrange for pickup, I sent in email three times, no reply. So sent in fax two times, no reply. I called few times but nobody is picking up the phone (it's got a message in French, which I don't understand.) Finally I had a friend call them from Spain, and he got to talk to someone only to find out that they don't do any pickup at airport. So what was that comment on Expedia all about??? It could have been any other hotel, hopefully nearer, if they don't have airport pickup service. They should not post that they have airport pickup if they don't. Or is it Expedia side problem? Very disappointed; but otherwise, the hotel and room itself was OK for the price.

Good value motel for overnight stay
Good value motel for overnight stay on journey to south of France. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Very convenient to motorway. Inevitable traffic noise, but nevertheless good value for the price - and adequate facilities if only staying overnight.

À peine correct, juste pour depanner
Les +: environnement assez calme , chambre rénovée agreablement, accueil commun avec l'hotel Campanile accolé dont le personnel est charmant, literie confortable avec de vrais oreillers, serviettes récentes et moelleuses . Les -: l'exterieur aussi aurait besoin d'un coup de frais, la porte d'entree ne fermait pas correctement (stressant!), le distributeur de savon etait cassé on a dû se debrouiller avec la poche plastique à savon trouée qui normalement s'insere dans le distributeur et qui coulait partout, le menage etait succinct (plein de toiles de poussière au plafond). Le lit surélevé n'etair meme pas fait, on a dû se debrouiller seuls comme à la maison, c'est bien la peine de payer pour ça ! Pas de petit dejeuner dans l'hôtel même, il faut le prendre au Campanile qui est à côté, mais on paye plus cher sans pour autant avoir un petit dejeuner du niveau du 3* qu'est censé etre le Campanile, loin s'en faut. Bref ça passe en etape pour une nuit, mais pas plus.

Je suis assez déçu de mon séjour dans cet établissement. Le ménage laisse à désirer, le lit n'était pas fait correctement et j'ai même trouvé du papier dans les toilettes des WC. J'ai été très déçu de la propreté de la chambre et je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit pour un séjour. Je vous conseille fortement de revoir le nettoyage de vos chambres pour offrir une meilleure expérience à vos clients. Veuillez trouver les photos ci-jointes pour appuyer mes propos.

Lors de mon séjour dans cette chambre d'hôtel, j'ai été agréablement surpris par la propreté de la chambre. Cependant, j'ai trouvé que l'environnement était un peu bruyant, ce qui a impacté la qualité de mon sommeil. De plus, j'ai été surprise de constater que la femme de ménage était très pressée de nettoyer la chambre, au point de commencer avant même que je sois sortie. Cela m'a un peu dérangé car je préfère ne pas être dérangé pendant mon séjour. Enfin, j'ai remarqué la présence de résidents permanents sur place, ce qui m'a un peu surpris. Malgré tout, mon séjour s'est bien déroulé et j'ai pu profiter de mon temps dans cet hôtel.
