Villa in lush greenery, very spacious and comfortable. An unsecured basin, in a natural swimming pool, is at your disposal to refresh yourself.
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining room and living room with ornamental fireplace and large flat screen. 1 separate toilet and 1 large bathroom with Italian shower. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with basin, bath with shower. Mezzanine with sports equipment (weight bench), lounge area with TV and 2-seater sofa bed (2 additional beds). Geothermal heating included. Tourist tax in addition to be paid directly to the owner on departure. Boules pitch. Courtyard with garden furniture.
