Built on a raised ground of 2600 m ², along creek, you will discover the calm and the changing colors of the nature.
With family or friends, come and relax, relax in this idyllic setting and enjoy this exceptional development, created for your comfort with these 5 rooms.

The large bay window of the living room and adjoining kitchen allow direct access to the terrace with views of the mountains and terrain, not overlooked.
The large playground with its complete layout: Swing with slide, sandbox
Football goals, babington net, table tennis, basketball net and basketball court and a boules court will complete your hobbies.

The swimming pool complies with the regulations applicable to private pools for collective use. It is heated by solar panels whose temperature is regulated according to the meteorological conditions.
The analysis of the water carried out by the laboratory I. P.L. Health Environment is transmitted to the ARS (Regional Agency for Health) and meets the standards of hygiene and safety.

Lovely Summer break
The property was perfect for our stay. Had all the facilities we needed and was set in a beautiful surrounding. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and with the help of adhoc sign language and some google translate, we managed to communicate well !

Great spot for a family get together
This house has loads of space. There is enough room for large family groups and plenty of parking. The living areas are well thought out with enough space to eat and relax. The property is well equipped, including a barbecue, games and table tennis. The pool is a good size, heated and covered which is ideal if the weather is not great. The location is perfect for cycling, both in the mountains and along the Voie Vert, a dedicated bike route which takes in much of the area. All in all a wonderful property which has everything you need for your holiday.

Prachtig ruim huis, waar je makkelijk met 8 a 10 personen kan overnachten. De inrichting is compleet en alles is superschoon. Een goed startpunt voor wandelingen en fietstochten. Zowel makkelijk als zeer zware fietstochten kan je doen. Na een daagje fietsen, kan je een duik nemen in het zwembad, verder kan je badmintonnen, voetballen, tafeltennissen en petanque doen. De bakker is ong 1 km en de supermarkt 2,5 km rijden. Echt een aanrader voor een actieve vakantie in de Vogezen

Das Haus ist super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir haben viel zu viel mitgenommen.Spiele,Bügeleisen,Föhn,Handrührgerät,ect. ist alles vorhanden.Wir waren zu 8 und hatten immer genügend Geschirr. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, hell und sauber.Das Grundstück ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Zum Pool muss man,wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben,ein Stückchen laufen.Er ist im Garten der Vermieter. Wir hatten in der Woche leider nicht soviel Glück mit dem Wetter, konnten aber trotzdem schwimmen, weil er überdacht ist. Das Wasser war von der Temperatur in Ordnung. Man darf es allerdings nicht mit der Temperatur eines Hallenbades vergleichen, da er solarbeheizt ist. Die Vermieterin und der Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Vermieterin spricht Deutsch, daher war die Verständigung kein Problem. Man bekommt eine sehr genaue Einführung in das Haus. Auf Wunsch kann man sich die "Hausregeln" und "Poolregeln" im Vorfeld per Email zukommen lassen In der Umgebung kann man schöne Ausflüge machen. Im Haus gibt es dazu auch einen Ordner mit Flyer und Reiseführer zur Inspiration. Für alle Hundebesitzer interessant: Wir haben auf Anfrage zwei Hunde mitbringen dürfen. Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt und es verläuft ein Bach direkt am Garten, der auch begehbar ist.Da wir die "Hausordnung " vorher hatten, wussten wir,dass Hunde nicht in den oberen Stock dürfen(4 Schlafzimmer sind oben,eins unten) Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Mei vakantie 2024 met de hele familie
Vriendelijke ontvangst Heerlijk huis met zwembad en veel speelruimte rond om . Bij het huis eten met elkaar, op het terras of aan de grote tafel binnen , ruimte genoeg en uitzicht fantastisch En ook in de omgeving heerlijk gegeten bij restaurantjes ,Auberge of afhalen Pizza . Ook de zon was ons goed gezind, dat maakt alles nog mooier. Sportief zijn de wandelingen, hardloop parcours en wielrennen met beklimmen van Le Ballon d’ Alsace . La Bresse is een leuk plaatsje in de buurt .

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Draußen-Aktivitäten
Wir waren zu zehnt im Haus, es finden alle Platz, bei schlechtem Wetter wird es jedoch eng, so gibt es z. B. Zu wenig Platz um (feuchte) Jacke aufzuhängen. Durch den zum Treppenaufgang offenen Wohn-Ess-Bereich ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann gut auch aufwändige Gerichte für alle kochen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und zum klettern.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage ist absolute Spitze. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der Pool ist überdacht und wird beheizt. Die Ausstattung ist komplett ausreichend und mit Herz eingerichtet. Die WLAN-Verbindung (WIFI) funktioniert sehr gut, alles sauber und hervorragend ! Frau Pernot spricht fließend deutsch. Wir kommen in diese schöne, ruhige Gegend gerne wieder. Da muss man nicht in den Süden fahren. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et serviables. L’ensemble de l’installation est absolument de premier ordre. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. La piscine est couverte et chauffée. L’équipement est tout à fait adéquat. La connexion Wi-Fi (WIFI) fonctionne très bien, tout est propre et excellent ! Mme Pernot parle couramment l’allemand. Nous aimerions revenir dans ce beau quartier calme. Fijne vakantiewoning
Tussen 2 en 9 september 2023 de vakantiewoning bezocht met 8 personen met racefietsen. De omgeving leent zich prima om mooie tochten te maken. Het verblijf in de vakantiewoning was zeer aangenaam en voldeed aan alle wensen. Een keurig verzorgde en schone vakantiewoning met zeer vriendelijke verhuurders. Fijn zwembad wat gedeeld werd met andere gasten. Totaal geen probleem. Elke gast heeft zijn eigen ligstoel bij het zwembad. Voor de overige sportfaciliteiten zijn alle attributen aanwezig. Aan alles is gedacht. Kortom deze vakantiewoning is een aanrader.

Belle maison dans un cadre magnifique
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette maison spacieuse. Magnifiquement situé dans un grand jardin bordé par un ruisseau. La maison est entièrement équipée. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et serviables. Nous pourrions utiliser la piscine à environ 70 mètres de la maison.

Perfektes Ferienhaus für unseren Familienurlaub
Wir ( 6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und unser Hund) waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Ferienhaus. Wir alle haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus ist alles top sauber und die Küchengeräte teilweise neuwertig. Es fehlt absolut an nichts! Im sehr großen Garten konnten die Kinder Fußball, Federball, Basketball, Boule etc. ungestört spielen. Der am Grundstück entlang fließende Bach war das Abenteuer-Highlight für unsere Jungs. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer auf die Berge, der überdachte Pool,die Natur in der Umgebung, ..... Erholung pur!!

Das Haus war für unsere Gruppe wunderbar. Die Natur drumherum ist fantastisch. Im Haus ist wirklich alles da. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und unser gesamter Urlaub hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Vermieter hatten uns ein wenig eingeschüchtert, weil alles fotografiert und wahnsinnig ordentlich war und wir Bedenken hatten, etwas falsch zu machen. Letztendlich war alles glatt gelaufen und wir haben es sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank, Agnes Schöll
