This cottage is suitable for families, athletes, riders with or without horses, motorcyclists, cyclists, walkers, fishermen and also business class. Raised ground floor: Living room, kitchen area, 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed, 1 90 cm bed and 1 90 cm trundle bed), 1 mezzanine accessed by retractable miller's staircase (1 140 cm bed), this mezzanine where you cannot cannot stand, not suitable for children under 12 years old. Shower room (shower and toilet). Electric heating. Green space, terrace with a view of the horses' working careers. You will enjoy the spectacle of the covers or competitions from your terrace. Vichy all sports and leisure activities 4 km away. 3-week Cure package: €1,200 for 3 or 4 people (except July and August, price on request). Special condition: For all types of stays (short stays or week) arrivals are from 4:00 [hidden] and departures before 10:00 [hidden] Animal price to be defined with the owner. A heating supplement of €6/day will be charged for rentals from October 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022. The plus of the gîte: Sheets provided, beds made, linen provided and heating included.
