Be sure to head to nearby Historic Downtown Deadwood and learn more about Wild Bill Hickok's life and ultimate demise. Enjoy the paved roads, easy access off the highway and close proximity to snowmobile and ATV trails. The space For the non motorized enthusiasts, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, rock climbing, fishing and swimming are all close by as well. Located less than 10 minutes from Lead, 15 minutes from Deadwood, 35 minutes from Spearfish and Sturgis. Just over an hour to Rapid City, Custer, Hill City & Keystone. One of the perks of staying in Powder House Pass is that you will have complimentary access to the Community Building with meeting rooms, a kitchen, game room and outdoor patio with a year round heated pool and fire tables. A second larger unheated swimming pool and splash pad are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day! Please reach out for current hours of operation and building rules. We are excited that more people are falling in love with our area but unfortunately this means there is construction going on near the cabin as others build their own cabins. Please be patient with us as this is frustrating for us too but ultimately out of our control.

This house was a good place to stay enough room for 4 families! It’s was very easy to find! Kitchen was a great place to play games in the evenings! One con : the driveway was VERY steep so we couldn’t park our trailers in the driveway. (They do have places for extra parking but we would just prefer to have our trailers close by) You could only park 2 vehicles in the driveway and one in the garage because of the steepness.
