Big Family Cabin on the River's Edge

FOR FUTURE TRAVELERS TO THE CABIN PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CLEANING ROUTINE INCLUDES WIPING DOWN ALL CHAIR HANDLES, FLOORS, DOOR KNOBS AND SURFACES WITH LYSOL WIPES, BLEACH SPRAY AND AN ANTIBACTERIAL ENVIRO CLOTH.

River front family friendly lodge. Can accommodate up to 8 people. 4 Bedrooms, each with pillow top king size beds, Murphy Queen bed in screened in porch plus bunk area that has a 3 twin beds. Full screened in porch with ping pong table. Outside fire pit on the river's edge! Step down to a wide beach right on the water. The lodge also has a covered hot tub, wide porch deck large enough for eating meals outside if desired. 60"' LCD SMART TV in the living room with DVD and VCR. Oversized master bedroom has a 42" TV, with extra seating area for reading or just watching the river. Living room has 3 "nap worthy" couches large enough for family gatherings. Fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare family meals. Expandable dining room table seats 10 persons. Washer and Dryer also included in Lodge.

Please note that the nightly rate shown is an average nightly rate, and our rates fluctuate seasonally. Additionally, the base rate is for 4 guests. Each additional guest thereafter is $20.00 per night per guest.

There is a Snow Park nearby as well as Fish Lake known for well... its fish. The Lodge is located close to the small town of Plain and its little hardware store. Lake Wenatchee is a short 3 mile drive offering sledding, camping, horseback riding and golf. You are close to Stevens Pass and Leavenworth with its outdoor theater, food, shopping and many festivals. The property covers 2 1/2 acres with walking/hiking trails all around.

Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway for two, or a large family vacation, the River's Edge provides a warm and comfortable setting for your next memory making adventure!

It's More Amazing Than It Looks
A very spacious home... there's plenty of room for all of your guests to move around, an enormous, well equipped kitchen, a huge family room, and spacious bedrooms. The property is amazing as well, it is far enough from the main road to provide peace and quiet for relaxing by the Wenatchee. Our hosts were super responsive and very accommodating. I've stayed at a lot of STR properties and this is the first that truly exceeded expectations.

The place is great! But mattresses might need updating soon. Hubby and I slept in lower bedroom and the floor feels like it’s starting to sag a bit right at the bedroom door. Comfy furniture and great kitchen! Oh also maybe a small light for the stairs towards the river. We brought our own but would be a nice addition. Had a great time!

We had a weekend getaway with friends for my husband's 60th the perfect celebration. The kitchen was so well equipped we were able to make gourmet meals. We spent the weekend hanging by the river with some wine and beer, playing corn hole, ping pong, soaking in the hot tub, and paint rocks. There was plenty of space for everyone! A perfect place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with friends.

Rivers Edge Was Great!
Everything about our stay was great! House is very well stocked both in the kitchen and with games and activities. So convenient if you want to float the river or go into Leavenworth. But leave your fishing poles at home. Sadly the Wenatchee and its tributaries are closed to fishing. We’d definitely come back!

This home was perfect for our yearly gathering because of the following: its rustic charm, peaceful ambiance, size (so many areas for reflective thinking, reading, playing games, reading, and just general talking), and all of the amenities (blankets for those chilly mornings, outside furniture and bbq, games, puzzles, too many really to name). Amazing property and house
You can’t beat the river house for a special get away with family. Lots of things to do for the whole gathering. I also appreciate how well and organize the kitchen is, everything we could need. We celebrated our son’s 18th birthday and were able to bake cakes, barbecue, play games, and take in the amazing outdoors. We love this house and hope to be able to stay again in the future.

Lovely, large home on river
Gorgeous views, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space (and a hot tub!) for grandparents, children and grandchildren to enjoy a get away. Skiing at Stevens Pass kept the younger ones busy and grandparents enjoyed the views and walks. Master bedroom on second floor has truly knock-out views.

We rented the house with three other couples to go Nordic skiing in the area during one of the coldest weekends of the year. Skiing was great. The place was well appointed and very cozy. We loved the hot tub overlooking the river.

One of my favorite homes we’ve ever stayed in! Truly an incredible space with all the amenities that you could want. Comfortable beds, large couches, tons of games and ping pong, hot tub was clean and close to the home. Beautiful view of the river and great communication from the hosts. Lovely location on a bend in the river, perfect for relaxing with your feet in the water while watching to birds and clouds go by. Best outfitted kitchen of any house we have rented! There is a place for everyone in the house, and the game room is a major bonus. We loved our time here!

Girls weekend!
