Despite a fire alarm in the middle of the night which startled my dog, it was a good stay. Staff did their best to accommodate our early arrival. Although no room was available when we first asked, they were able to get us into another room when we checked back with them. They offered us water and cookies and even had a dog bone for our dog. Thank you.

This establishment was clean. The air conditioner did not work but they came back several times to fix it so that we could have comfort in the room.

we arrived on Thursday, everything seemed fine. Friday after working in the area. Me and all my staff had to shower to remove the chemicals that we used during work. The Hampton Inn at Lebanon DID NOT have any Hot Water. I called down to the front desk to voice my concerns. This is when they told me that the Hampton Inn was replacing their 3 100 Gallon hot water heaters. They told me to try again tomorrow. Saturday morning we once again tried to shower. Once again we did not have hot water. When we were checking out. They gave me a statement that they were having water problems. I didn't get the warning until I was leaving This is so wrong! I asked the front desk for a discount on the $800 rooms. I was told that since I booked the rooms with a third party Expedia, they could not give me any kind of discount. I have called the manager twice and I didn't even get a chance to talk to him yet. The staff said he will not call me back. Since Hampton Inn at Lebanon refuses to discuss this matter. I would think twice about staying their. I will be returning to the Lebanon area soon and guess where I won't be spending my $900
