Great for mini vacay/trips!
It was overall a very nice and clean hotel. Many harp on it being ā€œoutdatedā€ but I loved how it looked and didnā€™t affect our stay or trip at all. Would definitely book again! Also was super close to the event we went to which is a big plus!

Overall a decent hotel
Overall our stay was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was the best i have seen in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable for being a hotel. I will say the rooms could us an update. Things were ran down and outdated.

Our stay was pretty good. Only bad thing was there were teenage girls running up and down our hallway until late. We had to be up and early for our drive home back to Colorado. So we didnā€™t sleep very well at all.

Check in was quick and the location was great for the activities we had planned. However, the rooms were severely outdated. The king size bed was comfortable, but the pull out couch was really old and had stains on the mattress. The shower had a crack in the wall that was just plastered over. The breakfast buffet was overpriced for what it was. Overall, the place needs a serious update, but if thatā€™s not very important to you and you just want somewhere close to campus, then it will do.

Great location but not what we expected
Nice hotel, but we had some issues with service. We stayed 3 nights and not once did they clean our room, refill our coffee, replace with clean towels, or make our bed. The day we checked out, I asked about this and was told they only provide these services upon request. That would be fine if they would have told us this upon checking in, but they did not. Thereā€™s no complementary coffee in the lobby. You have to buy it or drink what is in your room. Iā€™ve stayed at many hotels that were much less and they had complementary coffee. The 2nd night we were there, the fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night and we had to evacuate, though it was a false alarm. I feel they could have done a better job of letting us know it was a false alarm and that was disappointing. I donā€™t think we will stay here again.

Beautiful place, oerfect walking distance to JQH Arena. My only complaints would be that there was no mini fridge in the room, the on-site restaurant Terrace Grille was never open while we were there, not in the evening or at breakfast. Also, no continental breakfast??? I thought about all hotels served continental breakfast these days! Super unexpected and disappointing! Was it because we stayed midweek on a Wednesday??? I feel like we were cheated.. i will give some props for the lady who was working the coffee shop that morning! She was swamped with guests (who were probably expecting a continental breakfast) and she kept her cool and was quick and professional and resoectful. Super professional and admirable withhow she handled the stress of the crowd all by herself and not letting it show, just kept plugging along cool as a cucumber! Give that girl a raise!!!

hard to find, won't stay there again, too far away from what we were in town for. the restaurant was lacking and dark, couldn't see the menu to read. if other food had been closer we would have probably gone out

Rooms were nice and spacious. Lobby is beautiful!Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing that we werenā€™t really impressed with was our mattress on the bed. It was very springy, and a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was nice.
