Litium 3 is a beautifully restored old building with an elegant design Well located in the old town centre it allows you to discover all the hidden gems that Lecce has to offer

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent However, the place was damp, there was very little natural light, there was no heated towel rail, or places for towels, there was no desk to sit at, and only one uncomfortable chair. We felt that having to check in by phone and send passport details by WhatsAp was not very hospitable. Also, the courtyard area outside the room was quite scruffy and unappealing

Amazing option! Very clean, new and great service. Very well located in the best neighborhood, also the lady in charge was very nice and hospitable! Will stay again there for sure. Loved it!

Just far too noisy
It was a real shame, because the place was lovely, but our stay was ruined by too much noise. On the first night we were kept awake by people in a restaurant right outside our room (Room 1) who were talking loudly until 12.40. The owners kindly moved us to a quieter room to the rear for our other 3 nights but we were still disturbed by noise from other guests late into the evening beyond 11pm and 11.30. On the last morning we were woken at 7.15 by the noise of workmen hammering, drilling, shouting and their radio. The view of the owners seems to be that all of this should be be expected in an Italian city in the summer. So, if you are prepared to put up with this sort of stuff, don't let this review put you off.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Hôtel très bien situé au centre ville mais accessible en voiture. Chambres très confortables et bien équipées. Attention cependant, la chambre n°1 qui donne à la fois sur la rue et la petite place est très bruyante, même tard dans la nuit. La jeune femme qui gère l'établissement ainsi que sa famille sont très avenants et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est complet et bien servi. Attention, le parking proposé n'est pas à 5€ la journée mais reste raisonnable (24 € pour 2 nuits).

Good location, nice rooms, but as doors face open street difficult to open and get fresh air. In the morning a lot of noice from emptying bottles. Cars with bottles coming all time from 6-7 am.

B&b centralissimo, ottima posizione. Le stanze sono piccole ma c’è un grande armadio aperto e letto e cuscini sono comodi. Il bagno è piccolo con una doccia grande ma non c’è spazio sufficiente per il bidet che è attaccato al lavandino. Ottima la qualità degli asciugamani di spugna con il nome del b&b ricamato davvero carino.

À faire et à refaire
Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre historique de Lecce avec parking à 5 minutes à pied, a proximité des nombreuses plages du Salento maxi 50/60 km et des villes et villages touristiques, concernant le logement la décoration allie l’ancien et le moderne avec beaucoup de goût. Un grand merci à Julia pour toutes les informationset conseils, pour son sourire, sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité.

Entgegen der sonstigen guten Bewertungen kann ich diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiter empfehlen und würde sie auch kein zweites Mal buchen! Trotz der Vereinbarung, dass wir uns ca. 30 Minuten vor Ankunft melden sollten -was wir je 60 UND 30 Minuten vorher taten-, war niemand vor Ort. Wir mussten ca. 15 Minuten bei 38 Grad vor der Unterkunft in der Sonne darauf warten, dass jemand kommt, um uns reinzulassen. Schon beim ersten Schritt durch die „Balkontür“ in Zimmer Nr. 4 kommt einem extrem feuchte Luft und ein modriger Geruch entgegen, der durch einen unangenehm starken Raumduft überdeckt werden soll. Auch die Klima oder längeres Lüften konnte hierbei keine Abhilfe schaffen. Der Luftaustausch im Zimmer ist so schlecht, dass darin die feuchte Luft steht. Die Unterkunft ist vermeintlich modern renoviert, jedoch offensichtlich billig und bereits an einigen Stellen jetzt schon wieder deutlich herunter gekommen. WLAN gibt es im Zimmer nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir dazu in den Hof gehen sollten. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ unterer Durchschnitt, man bekommt einfach zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr etwas vor die Tür gestellt und kann keine Auswahl treffen. Immerhin wurde zuverlässig auf Unverträglichkeiten geachtet. Wasser gab es keines zum Frühstück! Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft und der Annehmlichkeiten auf Expedia trifft leider größtenteils nicht zu und die Bilder täuschen. Der Kontakt war meist freundlich; die Kommunikation auf Englisch teilw. schwierig.
