This charming stone villa of 65 m ² is ideal for holidays by the sea in peace. It has a beautiful terrace of about 60 m2. It can accomodate up to 6 people, ideally for a family, it has direct access to the beach and to the coves of fine sand just a few steps from the house. Well-being and rest are at the rendezvous in this bosky bower.
The villa is equipped with a terrace where you can enjoy real moments of relaxation in family, around the electric barbecue and the living room of garden. Fully air-conditioned, the interior of the villa offers comfort:

Två härliga veckor
Vi tillbringade 2 veckor i slutet av juni här och boendet överträffade våra förväntningar. Rent, snyggt och fräscht. Virginie var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. Med två små barn var läget 50 meter från stranden perfekt. Stranden var fin och aldrig fullpackad och genom att gå en liten stig (vi bar vagnen en kort sträcka mellan klipporna) kan man hitta en liten strand där vi var nästan själva. Ytterligare en kort bit bort ligger en annan större strand som inte många hittade till. Huset har en underbar terass där alla måltider kan intas i skuggan. Huset är utrustat med alla bekvämligheter och det finns en grill på terassen. AC fungerar perfekt men om grill/tvätt- eller diskmaskin var på samtidigt kunde elen stängas av en kort stund. Aldrig längre än någon minut. Området är vackert och välskött. 10 minuter med bil finns mataffär. Närmaste restaurang ligger på ett lyxhotell 2 minuter från huset. Det är ett fint hotell där man kan ta en drink eller äta god mat men priserna är höga. Personalen väldigt vänlig. Vi saknade möjligheten att promenera med barnen i området. Vägarna är smala och bilarna kör fort.

Merveilleux séjour
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la maison de Virginie. La maison est bien équipée, rien ne manque, terrasse très agréable, et à 80m d'une plage superbe. L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli et nous a renseigné sur les restos, plages et activités à faire. Virginie a été très gentille avec nous et n'a pas hésité à nous donner ces bonnes adresses! Nous n'avons pas été déçu! La maison est à une quinzaine de km des plus belles plages de Corse, et à environ 30km de Bonifacio. A noter que les 2 chambres en mezzanine ne sont séparées que par un rideau, si vous partez à 2 couples il est important de le savoir. Il y a une salle de douche assez petite, difficile d'y tenir à 2 mais tout elle est à fait correct. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et espérons pouvoir y retourner très vite!

Une très belle location dans un environnement verdoyant et très calme, la mer à 2 mns à pied, la plage quasiment pour nous seuls. Parking privé. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, une très jolie terrasse qui appelle à la farniente. Une jolie déco intérieure sur le thème de la mer. Une clim très appréciable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Schöne erholsame Ferien
Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Schöner kleiner Strand, allerdings keine Weitsicht, da man Blick in die Bucht von Porto Vecchio hat. Bei der Übergabe gute Ausflugs und Restauranttipps erhalten.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus
Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtete Küche, in der man wirklich kochen kann. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist unübertroffen, das wussten wir schon vorher. Aber der Charme des Hauses hat es 2 Wochen zu unserem zu Hause gemacht.

Schönes kleines Haus in einem Ferienhauspark mit toller Terrasse. Lage gut. Das dritte Zimmer war mehr Besenkammer als Zimmer. Unsere Teenager hätten eine Zimmertür geschätzt.

Es handelt sich um eine Ferienhaussiedlung mit vorgelagerten Hotel. Direkt neben uns (zum gleichen Haus gehörend) war die Terrasse der Nachbarn. Der Weg zum Strand sind ca. 5 Gehminuten.

Charmante maison de style Corse idéalement située dans une résidence avec accès direct à la plage. Nous avons adoré la sérénité de l'endroit, la grande terrasse arborée, la décoration intérieure de la maison de style "vacances à la mer " et la climatisation, très agréable aux heures chaudes. Nous avons apprécié également la gentillesse et l'efficacité de Laure et Virginie, toujours très disponibles pour nos questions et petits aléas imprévus qu'elles ont su régler très rapidement. Bon emplacement pour visiter et profiter du sud de la Corse
Maison bien située. 2 plages tranquilles à proximité, à pied. La 2e plage était très jolie, présence de poissons (et une belle pieuvre) près des rochers. En voiture, on peut explorer facilement la côte et les montagnes. La maison était bien équipée, tranquille et dans un environnement très charmant.

Wir verbrachten in diesem schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus eine Woche. Die Lage ist klasse, kurzer Weg zu einem schönen Strand, große Terrasse und alles in einem guten Zustand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, inmitten von einer mediterranen Parkanlage direkt am Meer, man kann zu Fuß wunderschöne kleine Badebuchten erreichen, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch die Terrasse sehr schön angelegt.

Tolles Ferienhaus am Meer
Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Küche verfügt über Kochherd, Geschirrspühler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, kleiner Backofen, Nespressomaschine, etc. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock sind offen, ein zusätzliches Zimmer mit Doppelstockbetten befindet sich unten. Was noch schön wäre, wenn es einen Ordner mit Tips für Restaurants in der Umgebung, Ausflüge, etc. gäbe. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar und sehr friedlich. Zum wirklich tollen Strand sind es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir waren anfangs Mai für eine Woche dort, es hatte noch sehr wenig Leute. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Idyllisch aan kleine baai
Knus huisje, ingericht met zeethema, met gezellig terras waar je kunt ontbijten en vertoeven in de voorjaarszon. Via een paadje naar een rustig strandje, waar de kinderen lekker hebben kunnen spelen. Communicatie met eigenaar en afgevaardigde verliep prima. Enige mogelijke nadeel is dat we het wat warm vonden boven in de slaapkamers, dat de slaapkamers slechts gescheiden zijn door een gordijn en in open verbinding zijn met de woonkamer en dat de slaapkamer met het stapelbed beneden wat krap is. Verder heel fijn verblijf!

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung
+ Wir wurden sehr nett vom Bruder der Besitzerin empfangen (sogar in Englisch). Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und vor allem hat das Haus eine tolle Terrasse. Man kann sogar das Meer sehen. - Wie haben das Handtuch und Bettwäschenpaket gebucht (60 Eur). Leider sind die Handtücher zu wenig und die Bettwäsche besteht nur aus einem Kissenbezug und Spannbettlaken für die Matratze. Kein Deckenbezug! Beziehen muss man es auch selbst. Lohnt sich daher nicht und ich würde beim nächsten Mal die Sachen selbst mitbringen.
