Lakeside Villa at Award Winning Lakes By Yoo. Northbow Lodge is a family haven.

An exceptionally spacious three bedroom south facing family home with breathtaking, uninterrupted views across the lake. With private pontoon and direct access to the largest of the lakes, deck and wild garden, this secluded spot is nestled in the Cotswolds 90 minutes from London. Relax in your hammock or get out on the water in one of the properties three kayaks and two paddle boards. Other activities include a spa, fitness trails, river walks, shared tennis, cricket, pool & golf nets. Children's club available during the school holidays.
The space
Northbow Lodge is our second home which we rent when we are not able to visit. The ground floor has a modern, open-plan design with a comfortable living area focused towards the fireplace. It is is warm and comfortable with breathtaking views. There are three comfortable bedrooms with contemporary ensuite bathrooms. The 2800 sq ft house is light and spacious, graced with modern art.

South facing, the house basks in sunshine all day. The shaded wild flower garden, set beneath a canopy of trees can provide a wonderful retreat in the summer months. Direct access via the private pontoon to Bowmoor Lake, the largest lake at the resort, with two paddles boards, a double kayak and two single.

World-class facilities, with a spa, pool, gym, yoga studio, tennis courts, boating, fishing, hiking and biking trails. A new Tee Pee restaurant with views across the sailing lake opened in May 2023 providing all day dining.

There are board games and videos to keep everyone entertained. We also have a separate TV room with music stand and electric Roland Piano. The house includes a wood-burning fireplace. A utility room provides space to hang wet gear and launder.
Guest access
Guests can have access to all the shared facilities at the Lakes, including pool, tennis courts, cricket and golf nets, fishing (Spring and Summer months), zip wire, play ground, Spa and Gym.
Booking is free but required for tennis courts, cricket and golf nets. The pool, gym and spa is accessed through downloading an app with special code in advance of your arrival.

Other things to note:
Dogs are not permitted at this property.

Please note that from 1st October to 31st March each year the access to the lakes is suspended in order to protect the over-wintering bird population. This restriction applies to kayaking, boating, fishing and swimming.

Please wear life jackets when using the paddle boards and kayaks.
