Holiday Inn in the England seems to be much better than the US. This holiday Inn has big rooms and pretty good breakfast. Location is good but needs to walk 20 mins to center. The hotel is new but the bathroom has a funky smell. It might just be our bathroom.

One night stay was good enough for the price. Easy parking in multi storey car park next door, easy check in and large lift to room. Quiet in hotel apart from someone emptying a skip in early hours outside. Breakfast decent and check out quick and efficient. We took a taxi to and from the city centre, didn’t seem to be much around the hotel apart from the Armouries.

Love this hotel. Comfy beds, really good shower and great staff. Very good complementary breakfast. Parking is really cheap in thr garage next door if you get your ticket discounted at reception or if pre booked via the yourparking app

The staffs were amazing and very very helpful especially Nathan. They all went out of their ways to help make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and new. Wonderful breakfast too.

We have stayed here before and had a good night's sleep . Last night I did not sleep at all ,we were in room 501 and was kept awake by ? a generator buzzing all night . When I informed staff the next morning they apologised and said next time ask not to be in that room as they have had lots of complaints about this from other people .If people are complaining on a regular basis about lack of sleep due to noise in this room should it be used ?

Noisy Accommodation
The toilet cistern was faulty and despite asking for it to be fixed it still didn’t work properly in room 415. People staying in rooms next to us were so noisy and kept slamming doors throughout first night, waking us up. Unlike Premier Inn guests do t seem to care about other guests. We had to leave the 2nd night due to a family emergency but thankfully it meant we got a quiet night sleep in our own bed!
