Don’t be put off by the outside it’s about each Dia shop. The hotel is modern and clean, rooms are spacious good value for money it’s on the edge of an industrial estate but 2 minutes walker into a great village with plenty of bars restaurants and shops the staff are very helpful and speak English

Camas cómodas. En el baño hacía frio porque no había calefacción. El personal fue muy amable y se agradece un café gratuito por la mañana. Muy recomendable este alojamiento económico en esta preciosa localidad de Leitza.

La chambre était propre et de taille convenable. Nous n avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre qui forcait trop. Bonne literie. Hôtel dans une zone industrielle. Nous reprochons le manque de personnel à l'accueil qui est quasiment inexistant. Difficile si souci de contacter ou joindre quelqu'un.

Arrivée difficile (porte fermée, personne ne répondait aux numéros de téléphone). Nous avons attendu un moment avec nos 3 enfants en bas âges. La chambre était ok mais sonore (on entendait beaucoup les canalisations des voisins) et mériterait un petit coup de neuf (la poignée de la porte de la salle de bain était cassée). Cela a fait le job pour notre nuit escale.

En general la experiencia estuvo bien. Un registro algo raro porque hay que llamar para que bajen abrirte. La habitacion muy bien. Lo malo fue que pagamos habitación con desayuno y no hubo tal. A las nueve y no habia nadie para el desayuno, nada de nada. Asi que a las nueve y diez nos fuimos, dejamos llave en recepción porque no habia nadie.
