The location of the property is stunning and numerous restaurants are close by and the most beautiful quiet beach is a minutes walk down the hill. We had cash stolen from the locked safe in our room and we also had a bluetooth speaker and a swiss pocket multi-tool stolen from one of our suitcases on the last morning when we had gone for breakfast that we didnt realise were missing until we got to Seminyak. Really angry about the cash missing from the safe in our room and realise that we should have always locked our suitcases when we were out of the room. Make sure your stuff is safe and dont leave any money in your room.

Villas were in a great location, an easy walk along the boardwalk to get to restaurants. Staff were very helpful. The stairs were steep however they were worth it for the wonderful view.

The pool and view outweigh the inconvenience of the location which wasn't that bad. The staff was great. One word of caution would be the steps from bottom to top aren't for everyone. If I had some sort of physical limitation, I wouldn't stay here. We enjoyed our stay and would say the experience was the best week out of 5 weeks we were in Bali.

The rooms are spacious and clean. FlDaiky breakfast is nice and plenty of choices! The views are breathtaking and the infinity pool was beautiful! Will stay here again! The only negative is that there are too many steep steps to climb (close to 100) to get to the villas located at the top and the restaurant. After stayingb3 days we found out theres a back road that leads up to the villas as well and had we known we'd take that path any day! The massage spa was great and our daily in room massages were a blessing! The villa should also have a free pick up and drop service to the ferry services as they currently charge a fee but its reasonable!

Service was great. Nothing to mention. Bathrooms are really terrible. Lot of insects, lot of dirty corners, toilets not flushing and a terrible smell of chlorine. However the location is perfect, I would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful ocean views for a great deal. 4 min walk away from the beach, very close to great surf spots, and good dining options a short walk away along the gorgeous beach boardwalk. Also, delicious smoothie bowls available at the hotel restaurant! Definitely will recommend these villas to friends and family, and will be coming back here for our next Bali trip. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

This was the best location we could have picked! Amazing views, quiet, tucked away. My only issue was that they did not provide filtered drinking water and the water from the sink tasted so bad that even with our filters it was not drinkable and we were forced to keep buying water bottles- which we hate and never do

You can find better places!
When arrive the staff was very kind but once we get to the room everyone just disappear, we went to ask about the internet and the guy in the front desk was not kind at all. When you rent a bike is almost impossible to finde by your self cause there not signs on road. The breakfast was very disappointing, we ordered poche eggs and the taste was horrible, it look that they were prepared for a long time with the same water, they were also cold.

The staff at Lembongan Cliff Villas are so lovely & could not do enough for you - the view from the property is something special on this beautiful island - we would definitely recommend it & will be coming back again hopefully in the not to distant future :-)

We loved the privacy of this location. Out of the main area but still walkable and all good restaurants offered a free pick up and drop off service. Lots of steps but worth it for the view. Staff were pleasant. Definitely a 3 star property and for $600 for 4 nights for a 2 bedroom villa, we were very happy. Great value for money. Would stay again.

This property is exactly what we expected. By no means is this a luxury resort, however the villas are clean and the staff is very nice. The top pool and restaurant have amazing views of the lagoon and we were fortunate that our villa had the same. It’s a short walk 5-10 minutes to most of the cliff side restaurants and other nicer hotels. We would stay here again for the price. Very cool

Stayed 2 nights with my girlfriend. Wanted to stay more. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Beautiful view overlooking the ocean, a few minutes uphill from a small beach and walking distance to several others. Bed was sooo comfortable and overall I really liked the design of the place. There's lots of steps, but the staff help with luggage, so it's not so bad.

The views here are amazing! But be prepared to climb several flights of stairs. The rooms were spacious, the pool area was nice, and the breakfast and food was good! Would recommend.
