Stay in the Berkshires
Property was formerly a Days Inn that has been refurbished and updated. Room size is typical for a motel. Shower was hot . Room guests might want to pick a room in the back as there is the typical road noise in the morning on route 7. Overall worth the money.

Loved life house! Remodeled & well appointed, unique place to stay! The bar, restaurant and patio were adorable and food/drink were great. Manager and all staff were friendly & helpful. Will stay again!

This is a former Super 8 motel transformed into a nice hotel. Amenities are great—and the lobby bar is excellent. It’s probably the best of the midrange hotel options in Lenox.

An enjoyable stay.
We enjoyed our stay. There is a lovely outdoor space for sitting and the lobby is very nicely done. They offer breakfast and dinner but we did not eat there so can’t comment on the food. Our room was newly renovated and very pleasant. The hotel is very close to Tanglewood which we love.

I stayed at the Life House for one night on a road trip and wish I could have stayed longer! The location was perfect - close to everything - the decor was beautiful and the staff was welcoming. Highly recommend this gem!
