Probably the worst place I've stayed
Not 3 Star in my opinion. The reception staff were great, and that's as far as it goes. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The paint on the ceiling in the room was peeling. The furniture in the bathroom was not clean and was damaged. There was mould in the bathroom and no extractor fan. The doors had been repaired with metal plates which were coming off and had not been painted since they were fitted. The wardrobe hadn't enough shelves for two people for a week. There was no room phone, although the emergency information says, in case of fire, contact staff by the room phone. There's no one on reception after 20:00, so this is a real safety issue. Breakfast was very dull for a week - Tinned fruit cocktail, the same single cold meat and cheese every day for a week. The breakfast area has bench seats and tables of 4, if everyone arrived at the same time there was not enough room and if more than 4 rooms arrived you have to share a table. Several days the water for tea was only lukewarm and we had ask for more if we wanted more than one cup of coffee. The bar is only available while staff are on duty i.e. up to 20:00hrs. On checkout I was charged an extra 3.7%, above the quoted price which could not be explained. I used a debit card and have never been charged a surcharge before. I used that card in many places in this resort and nowhere else was there a surcharge. I e-mailed, but didn't even get an acknowledgement. Photos can be deceiving!

Accoglienza cordiale e calorosa, attenta e disponibile ad accontentarci nelle nostre richieste. Qualità/Prezzo eccellente per il villaggio di Crans. Posizione perfetta in pieno centro e a due passi dalle piste! Raccomando assolutamente la struttura.

Un hôtel simple et un peu défraichi, sans doute à la limite des 3 étoiles. Personnel sympathique. Très bonne situation au coeur de Crans et à 5 minutes à pied du télécabine. Le prix de la chambre était largement surfait, mais c'était à prévoir en dernière minute pour la nuit du réveillon.

Très bien pour un long week-end
Hôtel bien situé près des pistes de ski et du centre. La chambre correspond aux photos sur le site mais spacieuse avec grande salle de bain avec fenêtre. Bon accueil et petit-déjeuner standard. Rapport qualité/prix un peu cher car il faudrait faire quelques rénovations (cabine de douche) et ajouter certaines commodités (mini-bar, bouilloire, oreillers suppl., etc.) pour un tel prix.

Hotel Robinson ...una piacevole scoperta...situato al centro di un paese gioiellino...personale disponibile.....avevamo prenotato e ci erano state confermate tre camere con letto singolo invece abbiamo soggiornato in tre matrimoniali...pulitissime Anche se siamo arrivati con oltre 2 ore di ritardo non hanno fatto problemi... Io ci ritornerei volentieri.. Unica pecca la colazione potrebbe essere un po migliorata ...

Das Hotel ist nicht das Neuste. Dies hat uns jedoch in keiner Art und Weise gestört, da alles sehr sauber war und mit viel Charme eingerichtet ist. Dazu kommt dass das Personal der Hammer ist. Es ist, als würde man bei Freunden wohnen. Super freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. War schon in mehreren 5 Sterene Hotels zu Gast. Die können dem Hotel alleine schon vom Personal her nicht das Waaser reichen. Wer ein Hotel sucht, in dem man sich einfach nur wohl fühlt, ist hier genau richtig. Preis / Leistung kaum zu toppen. Wir kommen wieder, ganz liebe Grüsse aus Basel
