Chalet “la Grand' Brouva” is located in the charming hamlet of Béranger in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. Its location provides a real change of scenery; what's more, this chalet stands out for its unobstructed view of the mountains, just 3.6 km from the first start of the 3 Vallées slopes in Saint Martin de Belleville.
The chalet is a perfect example of Alpine construction style, with a preponderance of wood and stone. These materials add warmth to the property, and this atmosphere makes us feel good at home.
The chalet is available for rental during the Christmas and winter school vacations, so stays can only be accepted from Saturday to Saturday to enable everyone to attend ski lessons in the best possible conditions.

1- After a great day on the slopes of the world's largest ski area, the living room with fireplace is the ideal place to relax with the family. On this level, you'll find a large west-facing terrace facing mountains such as le Daillait (2045m) and le Plan des Queux (2150m), la Pointe du Niélard (2559m), les aiguilles de la Grande Moendaz and, further south, la Pointe la Masse (2804m), the highest point in Les Menuires. Also on the first floor are the living areas. They include a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove, and a dining room. There's also a shoe dryer, a toilet and a shower room.

2- Above, a mezzanine, divided into a double bedroom with 140cm bed, and on the other side of the stairs a reading and TV area with its two sofas.

3- Level -1 comprises 2 large bedrooms, each with its own dressing room. There are also toilets and a bathroom. The “chambre blanche” has a 160cm double bed and dressing room, and the “chambre terrasse” a 190cm king-size double bed that can be converted into 2 x 90cm twin beds. It also features a dressing room and a relaxation area with sofa. This room opens onto a private terrace facing the mountains.

4- The lower level features a laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board and steam unit.
Of course, Wifi is available, as well as a connected loudspeaker and a mini-chain system. You'll also find a fondue set, a raclette set, a beer tapping machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and various board games... As an option not included in the price, on one evening of the week you can take advantage of the services of an “in-home chef”, to be arranged as soon as possible so that you can agree directly with him on the date and your expectations. Finally, a pair of binoculars is at your disposal to watch the herds of deer that often come right up to the chalet at dusk.
