Apartment Tete Rousse

A truly Ski-In/Ski-Out apartment! Step out of the kitchen on to your skis and slide straight onto the piste then relax in the swimming pool later. You will struggle to find better ski apartment to rent in the Chamonix valley than Tete Rousse. 

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an underground garage round off one of the most highly sought after ski apartments we have and make for a perfect holiday rental for one or two families or a large group of friends.

Apartment Tete Rousse is a mid-range, family-orientated ski-in ski-out apartment on the ground floor of the Tete Rousse building in the Haut de Chavants complex in Les Houches. The complex has an indoor heated swimming pool for relaxing in during your stay. The apartment sleeps up to 8 people in three bedrooms.

The piste starts literally from the end of the garden, so you can step out of the apartment straight into your skis in the morning, and ski to the door on the way back – the ultimate in ski-in, ski-out accommodation.

There is free, private underground parking and WiFi throughout the building, and a token-operated launderette in the complex. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Well-behaved, fully-house-trained pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Le Prarion ski lift gives quick and easy access to the summit of Les Houches’ ski area, where there is user-friendly skiing of all levels, including the Downhill Skiing World Cup ‘Khandahar Run’. Les Houches tends to remain open even during very heavy snowfall when the rest of the ski stations in the valley close.

In summer the Prarion lift opens up some of the finest walking and running trails in the area and makes a logical start point for climbers looking to summit Mont Blanc via the very popular Goûter Route. It also delivers downhill mountain bikers to Les Houches’ custom built MTB trails.

Please note. The cost of your reservation includes one set of linen and towels for each person and cleaning when you leave. If you are staying longer than a week you may want to consider booking a change of linen and towels and even some mid-stay cleaning. Lovely Apartment
Great apartment. Spacious. Plenty kitchen utensils etc for cooking. Lovley patio which extends into the hillside giving really good outdoor space. Private garage parking a bonus. Good location. Highly recommend if exploring Chamonix and surrounding area.

Amazing!
Myself and my family had a wonderful holiday staying in this property. It is perfectly situated for access to Chamonix and surrounding areas with a spectacular view of the mountains. The back door is literally on the piste and the kids and adults spent hours sledging, building snowmen and igloos in the back garden area/piste The property itself is very well equipped for everything needed and perfect for a family, small or large. Communication with Mount Blanc Retreats the property managers was excellent and we were able to access the property a few hours earlier than scheduled. We will definitely want to stay here again next year. Fabulous!

We had a wonderful ski holiday at this property in April. We were able to ski in/out right to the door and sit out and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. With a large family there was plenty of space for everyone and the linen and towels were of good quality. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious, however, shower curtains were the only things we missed, otherwise a perfect holiday home. The garage would have been ideal but we had a roof box on our car and couldn't fit in, however, we never experienced a problem finding a parking space outside the apartment blocks. I'd recommend this properly to others and look forward to staying here again in future.

Breathtaking location with a stunning view
The place is located just in front of Montblan offering an incredible view of Aiguille du Midi. The garden surrounding the building is beautiful end the location is close to many trails and cable cars to raise the mountain. Location top!

L'appartement est idéalement placé face à l'aiguille du midi et le Mont Blanc (superbe vue), à proximité du télécabine du Prarion (idéal pour partir en randonnée l'été). Très bellle location, bien située, avec une vue superbe sur le Mont Blanc, aménagée avec goût et très sécurisée. Rien ne manque, beaucoup de choses à la disposition des locataires. A recommander. Si nous devions faire une suggestion, ce serait juste de mettre un frigo un peu plus grand pour un logement de cette taille.

parfait rien a dire un logement et des services au top :-) la seule chose à revoir l'aspirateur qui ne fonctionne presque plus et avec un chien c'est un peu galère sinon top nickel a refaire a 100% Mme Hanssen
