Clean, spacious and well appointed
We had an excellent stay and the appartment was all that we expected. It was clean, well furnished and fitted with modern appliances, and in a good location, something that saved the early part of the holiday from being much less pleasant than it was. Our hire car broke down and took three days to repair during which time we were without a vehicle as no suitable substitute could be found. The location of the appartment was a real blessing being only 10 mins walk from shops (including a large supermarket) and a restaurant, 10mins from the Zoo and 15 mins from the beach. Communications with HomeAway and the appartment owner were very good throughout the booking process and we would have no hesitation in recommending the appartment and HomeAway to others.

Très bon séjour dans cette agréable maison. Sejour/cuisine neuf spacieux, très bien située, au calme. Arrivée grace à la boite à clef, très sympa! La terrasse est géniale Propriétaire sympathique par téléphone Les Inconvénients qui rendraient le séjour parfait= Un placard à chaussures et porte manteau à l entrée Des étagères pour ranger nos aliments Un porte serviette dans la salle de bain Des grands plats, grandes poeles et casseroles pour les grandes familles. Une maison à 1.5km de la mer
Une maison située dabs un quartier calme. Pas de pb de stationnement dans la rue car le garage est occupé par la voiture des propriétaires. Elle comprend 3 chambres- 2 salle de vains et douche- 2 WC séparés . La cuisine est bien équipée, le salon un peu petit fait un tout avec la salle à manger. Un petit salon télé attenant. Le jardin est planté d arbustes à fleurs. Les moins : - la propreté... - le four très sale malodorant - L' alarme du frigidaire qui sonne sans cesse, - la 2e salle d eau et le 2e WC sont situés au sous-sol , sans aération, Le BBQ dans le jardin est totalement rouillé. Le jardin ne necessite, heureusement, pas d entretien... On sent bien que le propriétaire n'est pas présent, et que la femme de ménage , au bon tarif, le sait bien.

Très belle région, la propriété est bien située. Les chiens y sont acceptés.
Maison assez grande pour y accueillir plusieurs personnes. Dommage que le jardin ne soit pas entretenu correctement, ça empêche d'y rester pour en profiter surtout avec des petits enfants.

Belle découverte aux sables d'Olonne
Maison idéalement placée car possible de tout faire à pied/vélo. Les commerces sont à moins de 10 min à pied et la plage à 15. Avec un vélo encore mieux, les pistes cyclables parcourent en effet toute la ville ou presque. Elle est de plus très bien équipée et surtout bien agencée. Nous y avons passé un super séjour. De plus le propriétaire est disponible bien que uniquement par téléphone ^^. En tt cas à conseiller et relouer

Une maison spacieuse à 10 min de la plage
La maison est grande, et le salon, doté d'une agréable véranda qui permet de profiter de l'air marin le soir. Elle est idéalement située, à la fois près des commerces (Intermarché, Biocoop à 5 min à pieds) et de la plage de Tanchet (10 min à pieds). Pas besoin de voiture ! S'il faut aller plus loin, en centre ville ou sur le port, on traverse la ville facilement à vélo. Très disponible, le propriétaire s'occupe de vous par téléphone. Un séjour réussi !

Situation agréable, maison méritant rafraîchissement et entretien
Nous avons apprécié le calme du quartier et la proximité des plages et de la belle ville des Sables d'Olonne. La maison est lumineuse et assez spacieuse, bien que les 140m2 incluent un sous sol (où se situent les 2ème salle de bain et wc). Certains équipements sont à revoir et le jardin manque d'entretien... l'ensemble est globalement décevant par rapport à l'annonce du propriétaire et des photos.

Belles vacances en famille
Maison confortable située dans un quartier calme. La plage du Tanchet accessible à pied ou plus rapidement en vélo ( très nombreuses pistes cyclables, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture pendant le séjour). Très belles balades à vélo en famille en perspective. La grande plage des Sables est proche également. Zoo très sympathique à visiter à 500 mètres de la maison. Un seul regret : ne pas avoir réservé une semaine de plus!
