With a petanque court, a ping-pong table, a children's portico, a panoramic view of the valley of Livarot. Local shops within 5 minutes. Located between Livarot 15 minutes and Lisieux 15 minutes (sports tracks, swimming pool, several supermarket, racecourse, theater, basilica, carmel). The sea is 35 minutes away. Quiet Normandy House
From a very warm and helpful reception by M et Mme Planchon, this house lived up to all our expectations. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable dining room/lounge communal living quarters, patio with bbq with a wonderful view of the rolling Normandy countryside, then upstairs to 4 large and comfortable bedrooms. So much room - this really is a lovely house.

Das Ferienhaus,das es nicht gibt!!!!!!
Nachdem ich wegen der Ankunftszeit versucht hatte, die Vermieter zu erreichen, bekamen wir eine Stornierung der Buchung, und dies ohne eine Erklärung!!! Ich habe die Vermieterin angerufen, die mir mitteilte,daß es dieses Objekt seit 4,5 Jahren nicht mehr gibt!!!! Sie hatte mehrfach Fewo kontaktiert, ohne Erfolg. Wir bekamen zwar das Geld gleich zurück, mussten aber innerhalb von 2 Stunden Ersatz bekommen. Und dies ohne Hilfe von Fewo, nur mit dem Angebot, einen Gutschein von €350,- zu bekommen, falls sas neue Haus teurer sein sollte. Uns ist unerklärlich, wie so etwas passieren kann. Zum Glück haben wir aus Krankheitsgründen unsere Anreise um einen Tag verschoben, ansonsten hätten wir vor verschlossener Tür gestanden!!!!! Nie wieder !!!!!!!

Ein Paradies für Familien
Vier hübsche, geräumige Zimmer, zwei Bäder und zwei separate Toilletten bieten jedem genügend Privatsphäre. Der offene Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich ist riesig, sodass hier auch locker zwei 4-köpfige Familien zusammen Urlaub machen könnten. Familie Planchon hat offensichtlich ein großes Herz für Kinder und Jugendliche - überall findet sich was: Tisch-Kicker, Tischtennisplatte, großer Boule-Platz, ein Rasenplatz mit zwei Toren zum Kicken usw. Die Küchenutensilien und geräte lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Alles sehr sauber, extrem ruhig drumherum und die Familie Planchon ist sehr nett. Die tolle, ruhige Lage bedeutet aber auch, dass man zum Einkaufen am besten nach Lisieux fährt (vier große Supermärkte). Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht (Empfehlenswert: Rouen Fahrt 1,5 Stunden; Alabasterküste Fahrt 2,5 Stunden; Mont St. Michel / St. Malo Fahrt 3 Stunden). Tipp: Unbedingt in die Basilika von Lisieux gehen - extrem sehenswert! Viel Spaß im grünen Herzen der Normandie...

Belle maison tres confortable à la campagne pour vraiement retrouver le rytme des vacances
Nous avons beaucoup apprecié :- L'Accueil tres chalereux et la disponibilité des proprietaires, la maison avec son confort (les chambres, lits, salles d'eau, cuisine et ustensiles) sa proprete. Un lieu où on se sent comme à la maison ! - Depuis le gîte on peut profiter d'une vue magnifique: les vallees et prairies, la petite ville de Livarot au loin. On peut passer des heures à l'exterieur à apprecier le paysage, des fois des vaches et veaux , viennent nous regarder tout pres de la cloture. -l'Accès depuis Paris, la campagne n'est donc pas tres loin ! - Nous y retournerons c'est sûr !

Très belle grande maison, bien entretenue
Nous venons de passer une très agréable semaine de vacances (8 nuits) et sommes très contents des prestations offertes par M. et Mme PLANCHON, le gîte est très bien entretenu et très bien équipé, spacieux, 2 salles d'eau, 2 WC, de plus l'endroit est particulièrement calme en soirée : on entend les mouches voler dans le jardin, avec un magnifique panorama du pays d'Auge. En journée, nous étions généralement en balade dans les environs (visites de châteaux, parcs et jardins, fermes etc...ou à la plage (Cabourg , Villers sur Mer), bien sûr la voiture est indispensable.

Un accueil très chaleureux avec des intentions très appréciables. Perdue au milieu de la nature, le calme et la sérénité gagnent cette maison. Il y fait bon vivre. Nous avons apprécié les différents équipements proposés , la propreté et les différents espaces à vivre Même sous le mauvais temps, la vue est magnifique Merci à madame PLanchon pour son accueil, sa disponibilite et sa joie de vivre
