The staff here are amazing! On the day I checked out, that evening I got a call from here and was informed that I had left behind a pair of sunglasses and a phone charger and charging block. I was asked what I would like done to be able to get my items back and thankfully I was going to be back in Lethbridge the following week and the young lady on the phone said that they would hold my items at the front desk until I was back in the city 7 days later. And sure enough I stopped by the following week and I told the lady working that I was there to get some things left behind and she knew my name and what I was picking up and made it a very quick stop for me! Very impressed with the level of customer service here!!

Good price point, but you get what you pay for. Rooms were clean, bed was firm & comfortable for a person with back issues. However the bathtub needs resurfacing, the toilet was very low & needed a long hold down to flush or double flushing & the towels were rough- great for exfoliating. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful.

Quick stay due to a medical appointment.
We had a great welcom upon arriving at the hotel from the you nglady that was at the front desk. Sh ephoned about a half hour after we got checkin to make sure everything was perfect in the room. We put in a wake call but can't recall the phone ringing to wake us up. The breakfast could use an update if the hotel wants to compete in the market of thehotels offering a free breakfast buffet with their rooms. Mufifns seemed stale. BUtter was so hard you couldn't even spread it on the waffle or muffins. Perhaps leaving it out instead of the fridge would solve this problem. Everyone in the dining area were complaining about the same thing. Check out was quick and efficient.. Thanks for the stay!! Would stay again.

The parking for this hotel is small and very limited, there was an empty beer box when I got out of my car to go to my room. The room was clean. The bathroom fan was super loud but we managed just fine by not using the light in the bathroom. Pillows were small and lumpy. However, the staff upon check in and out were friendly. You get what you pay for, in this instance. :)
