The ac/heating unit filter/vents need cleaned, a quick air freshener did the trick. However, everything else was great, clean and staff was friendly.

There were sooooo many roaches in the room. They were coming out of the ceiling in the bathroom and from behind the beds and nightstands.

Rooms are a tad dated, but overall not bad. We did have a problem with a circuit breaker tripping, so our bathroom had no lights until maintenance fixed it. Also the sink and shower had zero hot water the morning we were leaving. The a/c-heat was very loud, and made a clunking noise when running. We were very satisfied with the continental breakfast, as it had several choices for a good bite to eat before leaving.

A good hotel for the price
I have to say, they need to replace the hallway carpeting, but the service was really good. Anytime there was a problem the front desk staff handled it quick and efficient. THe cleaning staff were always on the move and very helpful when you needed assistance.

The staff very nice. The room was pretty and very clean. We couldn't get the shower to work but I guess it's a different set up that we didn't figure out. Coffee pot didn't work.

It was sort of good I wished housekeeping came everyday I’m not the type of person to use the same towel every shower I had to call for someone to bring them or I had to go get them. Then I had an ant problem I called and told them even told a house keeper and nobody ever came to help or clean my room made me feel so disgusting but I didn't want to be a problem or have anyone hate me
