The pool area was gross. Needs to be redone and it looked moldy and dirty. If you book through another company they don't have the capability to change your room or put the room on your rewards account like other hotels do. The towels are lower grade. Breakfast options are mediocre. I just feel for the price it should have been much better.

This place was good value for the money. It was impressively clean, and I am very persnickety when it comes to cleanliness. Also, I needed tomake a change to my original booking, and the assistant manager, who was working the desk, (I think her name was Teresa) was incredibly helpful and kind and went out of her way to make sure it got done correctly.
