We like the location. It is close to shopping and our favorite restaurants. We have stayed here many times in the spring and fall to attend the Keeneland races. This time we just went down for 4 days to get away. The problem was that we wanted to watch the Olympics and there was a little storm and we were unable to watch them for 2 days. The person at the desk acted like it was no big deal and that the storm caused it. The next night it was still out and he had the same reaction but I said that we wanted it fixed so they called in maintenance and it was just a reset on the system and everyone had service again. I would have thought that with the cost to stay there that they would have called in maintenance as soon as someone said their service was out. Let’s just say they don’t worry about satisfying the needs of the guests.

Wow, a hotel that actually provides full service after COVID! The room was nice and clean. They actually came in and made the bed and changed out the towels without being asked to do so. The best stay I've had at a hotel in four years!

We really enjoyed the evening managers reception and breakfast. The outdoor pool was great and also has a very nice patio overlooking a pond.

I would stay again BUT I would definitely request a room as far away from the lobby/bar as possible. The noise at the bar was super loud until almost 1am and we were unable to sleep until it got quieter. There were also kids running up and down the halls screaming but that's more of a parent issue. The room was nice and clean, pull-out sofa was pretty comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic. I wish we had requested a different room ourv first night but we didn't think it would be so loud 2 days in a row but, it was. Overall a very nice place.
