Summary:
This luxury 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom home was fully renovated in 2020. Conveniently located in the Southland community close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Located approx 10 minutes from UK Campus, 15 minutes to Keeneland, 250minutes to the horse park and 40 minutes to the Ark encounter. Our home is equipped with brand new kitchen and baths and set up with dual living spaces upstairs and down. The bedrooms are equipped with luxury memory phone mattresses that will surely delight!

Beautifully decorated and close to UK campus
Two families moving 3 kids into UK so this home worked out as the perfect home base. Accessible to any major store and nice to come back and relax in the hot tub. The owner was wonderful with communicating all details. Highly recommend and would stay again!

House was nice and a great back yard that we were able to comfortably play Bags in. House had enought room for us all and the bedrooms wer great sizes for all of us to be comfortable. Eay ride to other locations in Lexington and quick pick ups from Ubers and Lyfts.

Great Location
Overall a great place to stay. There were VG11 of us total, 5 adults and 6 children ages 3-10. We had a long weekend family vacation. We were only at the house a couple of hours in the evenings and to sleep so didn’t use the kitchen other than to make popcorn. The lid to the pan did not fit so was somewhat messy to make. The air conditioning was fair. The downstairs was freezing for the girls but my son loved the temperature for sleeping. Upstairs was tolerable with window units in bedrooms. There were a lot of June bugs, and a few other bugs that got in from somewhere. We were careful to turn off outside lights when coming in and out to keep bugs at bay but as I said they kept getting in somehow. It was rather pricey but I appreciate being able to stay here because it was not easy to find a place for that many people. I would rate this place an 8 out of 10 due to the price, bugs and kitchenware.

Loved the updated home and location!
Don't hesitate to rent this tastefully updated home. The layout which includes 5 bedrooms and 3 baths was ideal for our family of 6 adults. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance from a nearby park and water park. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the backyard patio and the hottub on cool eveings. We were in close proximatey to Keeneland horse track and fantastic dining options in downtown Lexington and Chevy Chase.

Our family stayed at this house while in Lexington for a family wedding. It was a perfect option for our group, ages 68-1. The location was perfect with ample parking, the house was clean and supplied with everything we needed! Seth was a wonderful host! Great house!
This property is exactly as described. We stayed there for our son's wedding and had plenty of room for a large group of family and friends. Seth did a superb job of anticipating ALL of our needs. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want during a short stay.

Annual Cousins Bourbon Trip
Cousins gathered from all over for our annual bourbon trip to Lexington. Everyone loved the house! It was very clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Seth was great about checking in and making recommendations on places to eat and check out in the area. Very quite neighborhood and conveniently located. What a lovely home we stayed in for our trip to Kentucky to visit the Ark. So clean, comfortable and cozy - all we could ask for. Everybody enjoyed the hot tub and hosts were wonderfully accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend and hope to be back some day.

My 2 brothers, sister and brother-in-law and I were in town to visit relatives. Our time was spent away from the rental with relatives. We went to bed shortly after we got home and left shortly after we got up. Everything seemed to be great. Basement toilet runs for awhile after flushing. Beds were comfotable.
