Our room was great and clean. The breakfast they offered wasn't the best, but it was something. Upon checkout I saw they charged my card $5 a day for parking. I went to the office and they did refund it. Not sure why they charged me but it was taken care of.

The staff was very friendly. The room is in need of an updating. Breakfast could have been better. My kids were bummed there wasnt waffles or pancakes. The pool was cold even though it was 84 outside. I probably wont stay here again.

Had a great stay at Residence Inn. Service was fantastic! Room was nice, although noticeably dated. There was a cobweb in the kitchen, but no other issues with cleanliness at all. All around great experience.

Breakfast really sucked. Waffles were really hard. Maybe they sat there for too long. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff was friendly.

If we are back in the area, I will definitely be checking her first for availability. The staff was nice, rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely recommend especially for families.

The only wish we had was that house-keeping/cleaning services were more readily available. We did have staff attempt to come at 9, but we were not completely ready to be out of our room for the day. Other than this, staff was very friendly and helpful!
