The staff was very friendly. The room is in need of an updating. Breakfast could have been better. My kids were bummed there wasnt waffles or pancakes. The pool was cold even though it was 84 outside. I probably wont stay here again.

Had a great stay at Residence Inn. Service was fantastic! Room was nice, although noticeably dated. There was a cobweb in the kitchen, but no other issues with cleanliness at all. All around great experience.

Breakfast really sucked. Waffles were really hard. Maybe they sat there for too long. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff was friendly.

The accommodations were roomy and pretty comfortable. Bathroom shower was small. Kitchen was nice. Bed was okay. Fairly quiet area. Breakfast was pretty good, several choices.

If we are back in the area, I will definitely be checking her first for availability. The staff was nice, rooms spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely recommend especially for families.

The only wish we had was that house-keeping/cleaning services were more readily available. We did have staff attempt to come at 9, but we were not completely ready to be out of our room for the day. Other than this, staff was very friendly and helpful!

We weren't very impressed with breakfast for how expensive our room was for a one night stay. We went down around 9 am, with breakfast ending at 10, and out of the eggs, sausage patties, sugar waffles, and oatmeal, there were only eggs left and the other hot foods were not getting replenished. The fruit was also not looking fresh - all of the bananas had split peels and the one I chose ended up being rotten on the end. We overheard the attendant telling another guest that you have to come down earlier to get the good food, but this was for the whole last third of Saturday morning breakfast that they were out of all that stuff. We ended up going for bagels since it was one of the last options, then were told they didn't have cream cheese either. Other than that, we had a great stay! The beds were super comfy, room was clean, and it was a great location for our stay after a concert at Rupp Arena!
