So much for a digital check in
The check in experience totally ruined the stay for us at this hotel. We arrived at the given check in time 2 p.m. but the room was not ready. Since this was a fully digital check in experience, it felt frustrating. We also reached out to support by phone and email, but the help and quality of the service was to a minimal.

Auf den ersten Blick gut, dann aber Abstriche
Das Zimmer war eigentlich sauber. Allerdings waren ganz viele Haare auf dem Bettlaken als auch auf der Bettwäsche. Wir hatten den Verdacht, dass diese erst gar nicht gewechselt wurde. Sie roch auch muffig. Das war gar nicht schön. Was leider nicht in der Beschreibung der Internetseite steht, ist dass das Klo und die Dusche nur durch eine kleine Wand vom Bett getrennt ist. Sowohl die Toilette, als auch die Dusche sind nur durch Glasscheiben getrennt. Also auch einer Glastür mit Schlitzen. Das heißt, dass sich sämtliche Gerüche vom Kloaufenthalt im Zimmer verteilen, da dass Klo nun mal im Zimmer steht und nicht in einem richtigen Badezimmer. Also Tipp an alle Frischverliebten: Mietet euch hier bloß nicht ein, könnte peinlich werden;-)
