Bel appartement très bien situé
Pratique, tout près de la Grand Place avec commerces aux alentours.

Bon emplacement mais très bruyant
Appartement bien situé juste a coté de la grand place de Lille mais très bruyant le soir et la nuit (premier étage donnant sur la rue) Très bon contact avec le gérant immobilier qui répond rapidement a vos demandes. Par contre; l'entretien de l'appartement est a revoir : VMC de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas et grille sale; joint de silicone de la cabine de douche moisi; les 2 fenêtrés pvc du séjour sont a revoir avec l'impossibilité de fermer correctement les ouvrants de gauche.

Appartement très bien situé dans le vieux Lille Seul bémol le bruit la nuit et on a du fermer les fenêtres ,pour celle qui dormait dans le salon Pour un couple c’est super À déconseiller aux handicapés
