I’ve been using Expedia for years and this is the worst hotel that I booked. Old rooms, smell humid and the old rug around the rooms. I feel the price is too high for the quality of the hotel. I don’t recommend. I don’t understand the “good” reviews. The building looks great on the outside but inside you can see that it's quite old and lacks of mantence.

Location, location, location!!! If you’re looking for action, crowds, and the tourist crunch, then this is NOT the place for you. Located in the upscale San Isidro neighborhood, you’re close enough, yet far enough away from the madness of Miraflores. Super safe neighborhood, great dining options close by, and upscale shopping. But, not snooty or pretentious. The hotel is safe, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel is located in the quiet and safe district of San Isidro. It’s out of the way to enjoy some quiet downtime yet close enough to experience the livey city life of Lima and a multitude of restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel is also within five minute walking distance from the Huaca Pucllana ruins and is also a walkable distance to Parque Kennedy if you so choose to travel on foot. The staff was very helpful, friendly and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. They offer a nice breakfast selection too! We enjoyed our time in Lima and were happy to call NM Lima Hotel our home during our visit! We are already planning on staying again for a few days when we return from Cusco!

I don’t have any complains about the hotel, staff was actually very nice and tried their best to help us when needed, from laundry service, cleaning service, restaurant, taxi service from airport to the hotel and viceversa (taxi drivers were very nice and funny to talk, provided suggestions and talked about Lima and other touristic destinations). The only thing I would suggest is to provide different types of food at the breakfast buffet, was delicious but maybe variety on the menu.

This modern hotel is conveniently located around 5 star restaurants and small shopping centers. By car, is close to many must-see places like Larcomar mall, sea-front parks and the historic downtown. The hotel itself is awesome, rooms are spacious, beds softs, showers great. The staff goes out of the way to help you out. Their own restaurant is a great option if you don't feel like dinning out. I spent 10 days here and I'll definitely choose them again next time I'm in Lima. Highly recommended!
