Largest oceanfront windows in Lincoln City! Watch the kids fly kites, build sandcastles or run some marshmellows down to the evening beach fire. Enjoy private beach stairs down to the sand & close walk to Tide Pools. Fireplace in Living room, dining & kitchen are great for Sand & Surf views & whale spouts. Additional entertainment room with 60" big screen and slider opening to private courtyard & hot tub, 3 queen bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms. Four bedrooms have surf views. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for creating a masterpiece for the gang. The hot tub has easy access off the entertainment room and is in a private courtyard. The deck overlooks surf & sand in Roads End with plenty of wooden Adirondack chairs to relax! We work extra hard to sanitize every surface and provide con-tactless check in.

Please avoid leaving single night gaps during Spring Break.

Great location. Well stocked home with just about everything you need.
The ocean view is breathtakingly beautiful! The house is very spacious. Lots of room both internally and externally. I could relax for hours on the back deck. Kitchen could use a little maintenance with the faucet and dishwasher. Faucet sprayer leaks and dishwasher top rack not very sturdy.

Great ocean view!
The ocean view from this property is incredible! The house has a large living room and a large family room. The kitchen is well supplied. The house could use some updating, but is clean. It should be noted that all bedrooms are down a steep flight of stairs. 4 of the bedrooms have ocean views! Great house in a great location!

Excellent property - a few maintenance safety issues
Loved the location and the quaint house. Comfortable beds. We were unable to lock the downstairs door, and had to prop a chair under the handle. This should be looked at. Stairs to the beach are deteriorated. Handrail bolts at the top are all falling out - this rail will fall off soon - This should be repaired. Did you find a rolled up men's dress shirt in the bedroom with two beds? I sure would like to get it back. A great stay in a wonderful house.

Perfect location, and the beach access is wonderful, albeit the stairs are kind of steep. But it beats driving or having to walk 10 minutes tot he beach. And the views….❤️ Property management was wonderful to work with as well!

Coastal Family Adventure
The best thing about this property was the marvelous windows! Family especially enjoyed the starfish and anemones in the tide pools. Did quite a lot of cooking and the appliances were very fine as well. Hot tub was a hit with some. Living at the beach was new and one daughter seemed compelled to mop and vacuum sand but not because it wasn’t clean. Used the kites as well; a perfect spot for them. Great place for 4 cousins who normally live a thousand miles apart to make lasting memories.

Beautiful View but Old
This house has a spectacular view, located right on the beach with a great deck that blocks the wind. The house is an old house with small rooms. The owners have recently done some updates but the showers looked scary and we didn't shower in them. We had some issues while staying at the house, but when addressed with the owners afterwards they were very accommodating. However, that said, it is an old house so don't expect a 4 or 5 star place.

Lovely private vacation
Stayed here for two nights, and that wasn't nearly long enough! Relaxing private location, where you can just relax, or use it as base camp for doing all the coastal tourist activities. Will stay here again. Plenty of rooms and places to sit and relax.

Short Getaway
Nice views, great place to land every night after excursions to surrounding area. Great to have a private court yard. Rooms are all in the downstairs hallway w/one full bath w/shower. Plenty of towels provided (bath & beach) Kitchen nicely stocked with all your cooking and eating needs. For small groups it was nice to have a small Keurig. Nice assortment of reading materials and puzzles. Thanks for a nice stay.

Reunion Getaway!
This was a great place for 6 "older" high school friends to have our annual trip! Almost everyone got a room to themselves and we all got our own bed, which is something we all want and is hard to find. The cabin is so kitschy but also comfortable. The stairs to the beach were so steep but there is a sign that points to an easier access if that's something you want. The view is absolutely incredible, a front row view! We saw sea lions playing in the waves and a few walker enjoying the beach, just like we did! The Road's End part of LC is so historic and just lovely. A very nice stay!

Perfect Beach House for groups
Lots of bedrooms. Private stairs to the beach. The only way to go. Loved the hot tub to warm up. Lots of towels which was a major plus. Kitchen was a little small but it got the job done. We had the best time soaking up the ocean and the sand. It’s beautiful.

Absolutely amazing views!!!! Beautiful classic home
Stayed with my husband and 4 kids( all under 10) and my in laws. Walking in the front door to see the view took our breath away! Like something out of a movie! The home is beautiful and perfectly laid out. Plenty of space and room for everyone. Loved being able to cook, have a drink, enjoy the view and my family ♥️ Only constructive criticism is the stairway to the beach is incredibly steep but there is better access walking distance which is nice. Was thankful for a pac n play being left for our baby but it was filthy. Overall was an easy process and beautiful home, would love to go back and look forward to doing so!

Amazing place to stay even during winter
We stayed in this property on first week of March. We were stunned at the views from the minute we walked in. Two things that didn't effect our stay but is good to know before going is the showers don't have shampoo and conditioner so bring your own. The hot tub is small and can fit 2 to maximum 4 people (including 2 kids) only so if you have a large group and want to enjoy a hot tub together, it might be small for you. The property was very clean. The kitchen was fully stacked. Lots of towels and every room except one had amazing views. Easy access to the beach. I will rate this place a 5 star.
