JJ was the greatest!! He is the perfect representative for Palace Inns Suites. He was friendly, upbeat, engaging and you could tell he likes what he does for a living. He was really interested in making sure we had a pleasant stay at the Palace Inns Suites.

Quick getaway
The putside of the hotel had large statues which was nice. Gave some creativity when taking photos. The room was an older style. The bedframe and tv stand as well but very beautiful style. The beds were hard but good enough for rest. Front desk staff was nice and gave details where everything was located. Outaide nice greenery and location! This is where you want to be as far as shopping at the outles.

No coffeemakers. Mold on the shower curtain. Faucet drips. International breakfast is limited with lukewarm coffee. First room was not ready or cleaned. Saw visitor drive away because no one came to the front counter. Very little body wash in dispenser and no extras, like small soap bar or toiletries

The customer service was great, but the room had mismatched paint on the walls where they attempted poorly to hide imperfections, holes in the bathroom door and a missing handle on the tv stand/dresser. These are simple fixes that could make the property worth the price. It was also very easy to hear road noise, windows were not the best.

Okay place to stay.
Room was good. Seems like it was just cleaned. Still had the Pinsole smell and floor was still wet. Hotel did not have a workout room of any kind. Would have been nice.

It's a motel so not as many amenities as larger hotels. But for the price and accommodations, this was a perfect place to sleep for one night and move on.

I'll say the staff were great and as helpful as they could be during a busy season where there were lots of guests. We had a very stressful time because of some rude guests below us. We have small children and it can be diffucult putting them to bed, especially in an unfamiliar environment. Our kids were having a hard time winding down and the people below us started banging on the ceiling, and called the front desk to complain. If you have kids, ask to be on the ground level. Other than that, good comfortable hotel.
