We have stayed here many times but the last couple of visits have been bad. This time our room was very dirty and the toilet was broken. Maintenance came and fixed the toilet quickly and he was very pleasant. No one addressed the cleanliness of the room or the fact that we needed more towels even after asking multiple times. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

Extra charges on top of expedia for dog overnight fees. My dog doesnt get on furniture, bed etc. Service dog. Still charged 30$/night for basic sweeping of the floor.

It was first time we had to stay in this hotel. WE like location. It was really good to have a lot of stores and restaurants around hotel. Room was clean at night was quiet. The breakfast in the morning was poor. Only cereal, waffles that you make yourself and they make a hot plate for you with hashbrown, eggs and sausage. No many choses. The beds.... We did not like the bed or mattress itself. Very much uncomfortable. I always felt like I am sliding down to the floor. One side of mattrass is lower and another was higher. Also, we did not like the floor. Very old and broken. The floor has to be change.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, but the room had a weird smell, most of the lights in the room flickered pretty bad, our tv never worked, and there wasn’t enough room/seating in the breakfast room.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Lincoln City, close to amenities, shopping and a short stroll to the beach. Comfortable, quiet, and clean hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Great respite and beautiful escape from the crowds.
