We got to hotel we paid extra money to get a king bed and they said they over booked and had to give us two queen beds instead! We asked for a refund for the amount we paid extra but they said no as that’s not there fault we paid more. Also no where did it say you had to pay for parking. Parking was $30 extra. However the breakfast that was free was delicious.

Room was very clean. The hotel itself was quiet, unfortunately there was a lot of traffic noise pretty late into the night. Other than that it was a fantastic place to stay. We will stay there again for the next concert!

This is a very nice property for convenience. However, the side of the hotel we were on was really noisy at night. And we were a little disappointed when we checked in because the Internet was out and so we didn't have TV or any Internet connection for a good four hours.

Nice - but traffic noise an issuebb
Room was very nice. Underground parking was good. Just think when you are spending a good amount for a room, parking should be included. The only downside was traffic noise. At the intersection of 2 busy streets and LOTS of traffic noise until at least 3 AM. Probably would chose a different hotel if I’m here again due to that b

The information provided said parking was “available .” I guess that’s marketing speak for $20. This is a huge criticism of the information Hotels.com makes available as well. Families don’t need added fees when staying at a hotel. MAKE it clear that the bill will ultimately be significantly higher at hotels that make you pay for parking!

I would like to shout out to Tabatha who worked the front desk on the morning of Sunday, July 21. Our car would not start in the front of the hotel and she assisted us greatly! She had a portable charger to charge our dead battery and gave us her own personal jumper capable so we would be safe on our trip.

Not a great experience. I ended up in room 203 on the west side of the building. The hotel is at the corner of 9th and O streets, which doesn’t sound like an issue until you realize that’s the point where O Street turns into a four-lane overpass. Also, 9th Street is actually Highway 34, which connects the Interstate to downtown. So, be prepared for a steady stream of motorcycles, pickups, and semis roaring past your window. It was so loud I got up and checked the windows to see if they were open. Turns out they don’t open, they’re just poorly insulated against noise. The hotel itself seemed nice enough. It’s a newer building with clean rooms and a friendly staff, but unless you brought earplugs, you’re probably not getting much sleep. The traffic calmed down around 2 AM and picked up again at 6:00. At that point, I’d had enough and checked out.

Hard to figure out how to get in to check in to hotel. Parking garage on site they said was full. Had to go a block and a half away to park. Would not have been too bad, but it was raining. Had to carry our stuff in the rain. Once in the room , it was very comfortable and roomy, nice bathroom, nice selections of soaps.
