No thanks, not returning.
Front desk staff NOT very friendly. We got the impression that even though we were PAYING customers…the guy that checked us in almost seemed ANNOYED that we were bothering him. The breakfast was adequate, but it took twenty minutes to replenish the main servings after the hot dishes ran out. Our room had a missing light bulb that left the spot by the full length mirror dark. The toilet ran water after flushing until you jiggled the handle.

The fronr desk staff were nice, but unprofessional, eating at the desk, by being on there phones, iPad, smoking outside in front of the door entryway & using sarcasm when explaining accessibility & features. Cookware, utensils & dishware are not provided nor are you told this is the case. Definitely needs repair, upgrade & maintenence work. Overall it was an ok place to stay, the bed was comfy, view of the river was nice & its a convenient spot.

The office staff was great!! We had no hot water in our shower due to the handle being out on incorrectly… it was fixed with in an hour

When I extended my booking a different guy was at the desk and made me pay another pet deposit that he pocketed into his wallet. Then at checkout there was no receipt of me paying the second pet deposit. This guy was also doing something shady to another elderly woman guest and refused to provide her with a receipt. He also changed the check out time in me from what was on their pamphlet, website and Expedia.

Very disappointing. Horrible toiletries. Slivers of soap. Tiny shampoo. No extra blanket. Not even a laundry bag which is standard. Tiny elevator. Quiet but run down. Looked good on paper. Ugh.
