The grounds around the hotel were unkept and the lobby was dark when we went to check in. The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The room was stinky and the refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it. It was noisy outside and inside all night. The pool and hot tub were so hazy you couldn't see the bottom. Over all, the hotel is in bad need of a face lift. We also had a cockroach in the bathroom one night. We will not be staying here on our future trips to Lincoln.

Ok hotel with a few issues
Hotel was nice enough and clean. Front desk attendant didn’t speak English well, and it took 20 m8n for him and another person (neither speaking to us) to check us in. Meanwhile, we had no idea what the issue was. I had my paid receipt and confirmation on my phone, but they didn’t want to look at it. Both ignored us, and spoke to eachother only. It was very awkward. However, we eventually were handed a room key and things were ok. Hotel is clean and nice enough, not great. There are homless people living out of there car in the parking lot directly in front of the entrance, which made us question staying here as well. Maybe not the best. I would not have stayed if our kids were with us.

I have NEVER stayed in a hotel as poorly maintained as this hotel! The room smelled very musty, the shower curtain obviously was not changed between guests, and the amenities were previously used. The firness room was filty, the treadmill was crusty from hard water stains, and there were no wipes to clean the equipment after use. To top it off, a cockroach ran across the floor in the meal area! If the room rate is low, you get what you pay for! The Quality Inn franchise needs to do an inspection of this facility!!

Pool and hot tub were gross with green tint. Wouldn't let the kids get in because of it. Room was semi clean, bathroom was less clean. Toilet didn't work properly. Was supposed to stay there in two weeks again but cancelled. Would not recommend this place.

Ew. Not again.
Roach haven. Thought it was ok def needs a good deep cleaning. Walked in the room and it reeked of disgust. Mildew for sure. The heater made a high pitched noise through the night in not even sure how we got used to it. Saw roaches throughout our stay small ones. I shook everything out i was so grossed out. Before even seeing the roaches we had gotten in the hot tub because the pool which was questionable it looked so white yet dirty at the same time. The hot tub looked about the same but my kids really wanted to get in. Breakfast was waffles and a bunch of other breads yogurt coffee hard boiled eggs cereal. Nothing hot except oatmeal. Def get even less than what you pay for. Shouldve just spent the extra for a good stay

The property would not communciate as i had a emergency with my child being sick so i waktwd to cancel 4 days before our trip. Could not and have not recieved a reaponse on any type of refund amd Expedia has not be able to resolve. So my childs birthday cancelled, out 150 dollars from this amongst other things! 0/10 Dont reccomend and i didnt even stay there ut Google reviews should tell you enough!

Electrical outlets in bathroom and table lamps so worn out that they did not touch the prongs on the power plugs. Mold growing on shower head. Takes 30 minutes for hot water in shower. Breakfast was terrible. Yogurt was very expired, waffles were like rubber when cooked. Toast was only item that was good. My daughter had issues with her electrical receptacles in her room also. They are really neglecting maintenance - didn't used to be this way. My family has stayed in this hotel for many, many years and this is the worst we have seen it. Some bath towels were stained - looked like car grease residue.
