Very clean house and the property manager responded quickly to all of my questions. We really enjoyed the walking trail next to the house. We walked the dogs on the trail everyday during our stay.

Overall a good experience. The house was nice and in a good location. As an adult, The bunk bed room’s mattress is very uncomfortable and thin. However, it would probably be fine for kids. Also, the property manager did not have great communication the days prior to our stay. Any time I messaged or called him, he either didn’t respond or it took him a while. Overall, we would stay here again!

What a fantastic, clean home with awesome front porch and backyard. The home location has a trail next door with downtown Lincolnton shops and restaurant just a few blocks walking distance on the trail. Our VRBO host made check in and out a breeze. Definitely will stay here again when back in the area!

Leak in ceiling from a/c drain line, range in kitchen not operational due to tripped breaker. When repair man came to check on range, property manager had not told him about leak in ceiling. Was told would receive credit for trouble we had but nothing. The lawn needed mowed also.

Nice house for our family. It was great they allow dogs and there was a great trail (rail to trail) right outside the house which we walked every day. Also just a block away from downtown.
