Very tastefully furnished one room apartment which meets every wish. Feel comfortable, enjoy and relax, in the apartment SEEBLICK the ideal space for it. With its central location and yet absolutely quiet, it invites you with its SEE- and ALPENBLICK to linger. An ideal starting point for excursions and activities of all kinds. Everything necessary like baker, restaurant, groceries, butcher, etc. are only 10 minutes away.
Wonderful ambience thanks to the light gray painted floor, flowing fabrics on the curtains and light and visibility on the sides. Everything is light, friendly and harmonious. The apartment has a total size of approximately 30sqm.
The Lindau city bus, the public transport in Lindau departs at the stop Motzach. This is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment has its own car parking space, which is available directly in front of the house. Additionally there is a ground floor bike room.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet—with a wonderful view!

Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location in the hills above Lindau surrounded by orchards and fields and located on a Nordic walking track. Lovely view of the lake. Washing machine available, but they charge extra for WiFi.

Super schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Einfach herrlich! Für zwei Personen perfekt! In der Beschreibung würden wir noch erwähnen, dass es keine Kaffeemaschine gibt. Jedoch eine Espresso Maschine. Für Gäste mit einer Gehbehinderung ist die Wohnung über die Außentreppe vielleicht erschwert zu erreichen.

Nicht schlecht aber...

Kommunikation war gut, Empfang durch Freundin der Verwalterin hat auch gut funktioniert. Das an sich schöne Apartment verliert Punkte durch ein altes Salatblatt in der Besteckschublade sowie an dem Sieb im Schrank. Nespressomaschine mit einer Tasse, Korkenzieher war vorhanden jedoch keine Weingläser, die Sektgläser die wir dann benutzt haben wurden vermutlich letztes Jahr mal gereinigt. Eierbecher für das Frühstück wären auch ganz nett.Die Hochstühle sehen ja ganz nett aus sind aber total unbequem (aber das ist ja Geschackssache).Fensterjalousien die rechts und links jeweils zu schmal sind erfüllen auch nur eingeschränkt ihren Zweck. Der Aufenthalt war ok da das Wetter mitgespielt hat und wir den jeden Tag lang unterwegs waren. Ach so, der angegebene Bäcker in der Infomappe existiert nicht mehr.

kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: eine (Thermos-)Kanne für Tee/Kaffee, eventuell auch ein Handfilter für Kaffee, eine Abtropfvorrichtung für das Geschirr ist hilfreich, ein größerer Mülleimer (eventuell auch mit Mülltrennungsmöglichkeit) bitte nur als Wunsch und nicht als Kritik ansehen :-)

Modern mit toller Sicht auf den Bodensee

Das moderne Appartement bietet alles, was für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt wird und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einzig die Rollos zum Nachbarhaus sind knapp bemessen, für Privatsphäre müssten diese breiter sein. Mir hat der Aufenthalt gefallen und ich würde wieder buchen.

Traumhafter Blick

Nette FeWo mit herrlichem Blick über den Bodensee. Sonnenuntergänge werden durch die großen Fenster frei Haus geliefert. Großzügiger Parkplatz am Haus. Fahrräder können in eigenem Raum untergestellt werden. Der Weg von und nach Lindau (Insel) führt über ruhige Nebenstraßen bzw. eigene Fahrradwege und ist mit E-Bike gut zu bewältigen.

Sehr schöne kleine FeWo mit Mankos

Die FeWo liegt im schönen und kleinen Streitelsfingen. Der kleine Ort liegt nur wenige Minuten von Lindau entfernt auf einen Berg und umgeben von Plantagen. Die Übergabe der FeWo war unkompliziert und ohne Probleme. Im Moment ist leider genau daneben eine Großbaustelle und wir konnten unter der Woche nicht ausschlafen. Diese Baustelle soll noch bis Ende 2020 sein. Erholung war es für uns somit leider nicht wirklich. In der Küche könnte die Ausstattung besser sein. Kleinigkeiten fehlten (Eierbecher, normale Trinkgläser, eine vernünftige Pfanne und Müslischalen) Die Müslischalen die jetzt dort sind haben wir gespendet. Wenn man nicht jeden Tag essen gehen möchte dann fehlt in der Küche zu viel. Leider konnten wir in der Woche auch nicht die Wohnung saugen, was wenn man frühstückt durchaus mal sein müsste. Hier war nur ein Kehrblech vorhanden. Was ziemlich erschwerend war in der Hocke alles auf zukehren. Die Lage der FeWo ist perfekt, aber es könnte besser ausgestattet sein, daher nicht die vollen Sterne. Für die Baustelle kann der Vermieter nichts, ein Hinweis an uns hätten wir besser gefunden, aber das sieht ja jeder anders.

Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist anschpechend eingerichtet, hell und freundlich. Es ist wunderbar ruhig hier und der Blick auf den See ist das Sahnehäubchen.

Wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes Appartment

Ich habe den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, stilvoll eingerichteten, gemütlichen und sauberen Appartment sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ruhesuchenende. Einzig fehlen in der Ausstattung Müslischalen und Wassergläser. Der Blick vom Panoramafenster auf den Bodensee ist sensationell. Der Gastgeber und seine Mitarbeiterin sind sehr freundlich. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Super Sicht-nicht nur an Silvester-perfekt für Kurztrip oder auch länger!

Nach netter Begrüßung lebten wir uns schnell ein, was ziemlich leicht war in der gemütlich gestalteten Wohnung. Grundsätzlich ist die Ferienwohnung für alle Aktivitäten zu nutzen, egal ob man im Sommer viel draußen ist und sich nach einer langen Wanderung entspannen möchte oder im Winter den Tag mit einem spannenden Buch und ab und zu mit einem Blick auf den See verbringt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für einen Kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend, allerdings haben uns persönlich Müslischalen und einfache Trinkgläser gefehlt. Was etwas schade war, war der vorher angekündigte Internetanschluss der dann doch nicht vorhanden war. Das alles ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau und wir würden uns auf jeden Fall wieder eine Auszeit am Seeblick gönnen!

Eine stilvolle und gemütliche Wohnung. Zentrumnah für Unterhmungen - weit genug weg als Refigium.

Ich war in der Ferienwohnung gut aufgehoben - genau wie ich es mir vorher gewünscht und vorgestellt hatte. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zu seiner Mitarbeiterin, die mich begrüßte und mir die Wohnung zeigte, war unkompliziert und von Seite des und der Gastgeber äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich würde und werde gern auch wiederkommen.
