We have 7 persons traveling around one thousand islands and Niagara falls area. We had 4 clean, comfortable rooms to stay here and we all had a very good sleep and enjoyed fresh nutritious and varied breakfast. After we leaving, we even bought a brand new pillow to go. Thanks for all the helps form the staffs.

The check in was great & the reception staff were brilliant as was the maintenance guy who tried to sort out the CC on our tv, the only downer was the breakfast set up, queues of guests waiting to be served by the staff as it wasn’t a buffet that you could help yourself to, this was mainly caused by having to wait for toast (only one toaster) consequently by the time your toast was done your breakfast was cold ( totally crazy setup)

Great Place to Stay!
Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great for the kids to use in the evening and morning. Breakfast was included and had variety until 10 AM. Coffee and water available all day as well as drinks and snacks for purchase. Ample parking.

My husband and I staying here on May 25th checked out on May 26th to visit friends in their houseboat. I left my grandmothers necklace in my room when we checked out. I realized this 20 minutes after check out so I called the hotel and turned around to head back there to go back to our room to retrieve it. While driving I called the front desk the women told me I was good that housekeeping hasn’t been in there yet but she would put me on hold to check for me. When she came back she said she found nothing. That was impossible. I left it on the dining table in our suite. We searched the room and nothing was found. 4 hours later we get a call from the front desk saying my necklace was found. I was so happy my husband went into the hotel to be handed the sapphire pendent only. No white gold chain. This was a thick chain and there is no way you would locate just the pendent. I was destroyed by how awful people can be to each other. Especially knowing it was my grandmothers who passed away. Basically I tipped the staff member off to my jewelry the moment I called and she offered to go look for it. She pocketed it and decided to give back the pendent only I guess her conscious got the best of her. That’s my story at the days inn. Also to make matters worse we had to take the back of the toilet to flush it because the handle was faulty. Front desk said they didn’t want to. Other is by fixing it while we were made no sense. They clearly hire people with no moral compass. Thank you
