Chegamos 1 hora antes do check-in e não o fizemos devido a uma alta sobretaxa que seria cobrada. Pedimos pra deixar as malas mas também não o fizemos em razão do atendimento ter ficado muito a desejar. O atendente estava o tempo todo no celular e ficamos constrangidos pela total falta atenção dispensada a nós.

O querto tinha cheiro de suor, roupa de cama completamente amassada. So tinha uma toalha no quarto apesar de ser para casal. Pior foi o banheiro com tufos, emaranhados de cabelo no ralo como se nao tuvesse sido limpo, assim como fios de cabelo pelas paredes do box.

Razoável. Pelo valor esperava mais.
Quarto confortável, porem tivemos problemas com os controles do condicionado e da TV estava sem funcionar, pedimos pra trocar demorou muito, mais de um dia. Pedimos tapete para banheiro demorou 2 dias, apos solicitar duas vezes. O vidro do box do banheiro estava solto, ficamos morrendo de medo pra porta cair, o quarto havia algumas traças naa paredes , indiciando que quarto estava fechado a tempos e nao foi limpor antes de ser liberado. Cafe da manha e otimo, com varias variedades e otimo horario para tomar.
