Great location close to the Saginaw Bay for fishing and waterfowl hunting. The waters off Linwood in the Saginaw Bay are known for their excellent perch and walleye fishing. Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area is just a couple miles away and has tens of thousands of ducks, swans, geese, wading birds, shorebirds, raptors, and songbirds migrate through Nayanquing Point SWA each fall and spring. Franks Great Outdoors is right across the street for all your fishing and hunting needs. Linwood Beach Marina is just a few miles away to launch your boat or hire a fishing charter. This 2-bedroom house has 2 twin xl beds in each bedroom, including a full bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer. Wi-Fi with internet and a 60-inch flat screen in the living room. Uncle Dave’s Cabin
Great place to stay. Very comfortable and up to date. The host had everything we needed already provided for our stay. Location was perfect for our ice fishing trip & the food was excellent. We would definitely stay there again Next year.

We came to the area to visit family members in Bay City. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and the host had everything you could want on the premises. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Breakfasts at Linwood Corners Cafe was very good.

Perfect
We had an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay. I went with my husband, 15, 14 and 11 year olds. We all really loved the game room. They provided a lot of just in case items, answered alright away, and even left me a balloon and card for my birthday. Great size yard. And the home was simply beautiful and cozy. I will definitely be staying again. I could honestly go on and on with how pleased we were.
