Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana a casa di Antonio, oltre alla spettacolarità dell'accoglienza e del supporto che ci ha costantemente dato durante tutto il nostro soggiorno, Antonio mette a disposizione una casa molto comoda, dotata di tutte le accortezze che ti fanno sentire proprio a casa anche in vacanza(terrazzo, ombrellone, aria condizionata e una casa con i fiocchi!). Avere qualcuno che ti spiega l'isola, che ti consiglia, che ti viene a prendere allo sbarco e che ti fa trovare anche generi di prima necessità in casa è un lusso che non ci aspettavamo. Siamo certi che consiglieremo ad amici e parenti la casa di Antonio!

5 stars plus The apartment is clean, well equipped, spacious, with comfortable mattress and wonderful view from the beautiful covered terrace. Antonio is a fantastic host, responding immediately to all requests and advising with tips. We were picked up with our luggage from the port on arrival and even brought back to the ferry on Sunday at 6:20. In addition, he drove us to the supermarket to do the first shopping. Highlight was the trip to the observatory to see the sunset with a view of the surrounding islands and Sicily incl Etna. Thank you for this exceptional service. We felt very welcome and can highly recommend this accommodation!

Ottima accoglienza e soggiorno
Antonio il proprietario gentile e disponibile a ogni richiesta. Immobile nuovo e spazioso , bella vista sul castello di Lipari. Buona la posizione a 2 minuti dal centro in una zona più tranquilla e fresca. Consiglio la struttura per questi motivi.

Modernes Appartment mit ausreichender Ausstattung, gute Lage zur Altstadt,
Der Vermieter war sehr hilfreich, man wurde am Fährhafen abgeholt und nach Ende wieder hingebracht ( 6.40 morgens!!). Das Appartment befindet sich auf einer Hotelanlage ist modern , alles funktioniert und ist sauber. Empfehlenswert!!

Perfekt!
Wir waren von Mitte bis Ende Mai in der Wohnung. Die große überdachte Terrrasse mit dem grandiosen Ausblick über Lipari ist unbezahlbar. Zwar geht es etwas den Berg hoch und man muss zusätzlich noch einpaar Stufen bis zum Eingang gehen, aber das ist alle Mühe wert. Die Wohnung ist sauber, ruhig gelegen und man ist innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten mitten im Geschehen. Antonio, der Vermieter ist ein wahrer Schatz. Er spricht und schreibt sehr gut Englisch, sodass die Kommunikation mit ihm sehr leicht fällt. Er antwortet sofort auf Mails, holt einen vom Hafen ab, ist jederzeit erreichbar und würde einen sogar zum Supermarkt fahren, um den Getränkevorrat anzulegen. Er hat uns auch angeboten, uns abends zum Observatorium zu fahren, um von dort den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen und Lipari selbst ist einfach traumhaft!

La casa está muy bien. Limpia, acogedora, en una zona tranquila. Muy recomendable. Antonio es encantador. Nos recogió en el puerto el día que llegamos, nos dio toda la información para disfrutar de las islas y nos llevó al puerto el día que nos fuimos. Hizo que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta!.

Zeer gunstig gelegen appartement met fraai uitzicht op het oude Lipari.
We vonden de persoonlijke benadering van dhr. Ranoldo erg prettig: hij kwam ons ophalen bij de boot en bracht ons bij vertrek ook weer met zijn eigen auto naar de veerboot . Hij nam ook de tijd om ons uitgebreid te kunnen adviseren over de mogelijkheden op het eiland. Tussendoor verliep de communicatie uitstekend en bij het afscheid kregen we nog een kleine attentie. Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig: op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van de belangrijkste winkelstraat en toch geheel buiten de drukte. Het uitzicht vanaf het ruime terras is erg fraai. Zeker een plek om naar terug te keren!
