This little gem in the heart of Lisbon was our final stop on our trip to Portugal and we clearly saved the best for last. Beautiful facility with all the modern conveniences one would want built into a centuries old structure, with the design featuring those old world touches perfectly. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly and ready to assist. The restaurant in the hotel provided a tasty breakfast bar each morning, and dining there for dinner on our last night in town, was a wonderful coda to our time in Lisbon.

The staff are incredibly helpful & I would like to thank Claudia for taking the time to write a few pointers for our sightseeing visits. The location is perfect to explore the city. However, the tram was a bit noisy from our room.

Lovely hotel in the heart of the downtown. Walkable to so much. Staff were lovely. Breakfast (extra) was excellent. Room was very nice in size and amenities but we were disappointed with the noise. Didn’t figure out that ut was music that was coming from the first floor (restaurant and lobby) which was directly below our room. By the time we realized where it was coming from, it was too late to do anything. Not that it was really loud but it was definately there and lasted until 11 pm each day. I would suggest a floor higher than the first if you choose to stay here.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is delightful. We were wiped out after 12 days of traveling and had a lovely dinner at the hotel. Parking is easy and it is walkable to the water and sightseeing. Lots of water, tea, and coffee available in the room as well as a small fridge. It was a wonderful experience.

The location of the hotel near the main square in Lisbon was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful eg the receptionist phoning to make a restaurant reservation. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable & the room cleaned to a high standard. The only downside was a lack of wardrobe/drawer space which might have been an issue if we had been staying for more than a few days.

We loved our stay. Location was away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon but a 5 minute walk would get you in the middle of it all. Room was perfect for us - comfortable bed and the little kichenette is an excellent addition. The breakfast buffet is a sumptuous assortment of fruits, breads, pastries, eggs, coffees and juices.
