The hotel is located in an excellent area. The restaurants are very close and walkable. Transportation is very easy and cheap. The hotel staff is very nice and pleasant.

The room was very neat and clean; unfortunately the service of the staff was not great. The woman at the front desk who checked us in and out (I believe her name was Marta) was extremely unpleasant to work with. She was very rude, and when asked any questions or when we were in need of suggestions she seemed annoyed by anything we said/asked for/needed. When leaving, there was another front desk lady (whose name I cannot remember) who was also very rude to my daughter and I. It is unlikely that I will stay at this hotel again or recommend it to my friends.

Great room very eco friendly, spacious, very clean and very modern room design. Great place in a nice location with a supermarket across the street and easy access to taxis and Ubers available too. Great shower.

I stayed one night at EXE Saldanha. It was very reasonable priced and in a great location that is walkable. The staff are attentive, nice and welcoming. Someone mentioned that the mattresses were hard and that is a fact. The room comes with liquid soap and body wash which is great for anyone travelling light. I did find a bed bug walking on one of the beds after 2am. I called front desk and they swiftly moved me to a new room.

The TV didn't work in my room, nor did the hair dryer. The shower floor was slick as ice. They use duvets on the bed which I abhor. Still I enjoyed my stay due to the area. Many options for dining, and the Saldanha Metro station was very close. I love Lisbon.

Easy check in, clean and comfortable as well as a great area. A couple of metro stops from Baixa and that is just fine with me. A short walk from the Gulbenkian museum with great kiosks and restaurants nearby and a supermarket across the road. I will be choosing this place next time.
