Featuring a relaxing area, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, and a comfortable double bed it is everything you will want for a trip to the beach.

Bright and cosy, it is simplicity and comfort at it's finest.
The double bed sits in the living room by the large windows that show the view of the sea.
A dining table and arm chairs divide the sleeping area from the kitchen.
And in the bathroom you'll find a shower, basin, and toilet. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience.
In addition, you are also free to use the 24 hour pool area and a parking spot.
Unfortunately, we don't allow pets to make sure the studio remains in tip-top condition for every one of our guests.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Located quietly next to Ribeira de Ilhas beach, 5 minutes walk from this beach and others that offer surf lovers, one of the best places of practice. You will be 10 minutes from the historical center of Ericeira, where you can enjoy a variety of local restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc.
Beach, sun, surf, nightlife and relaxation in summer and winter, just a few kilometers from Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais ... the ideal combination in a great place to rest and recharge.

The apartment has 1 parking space and the car is the most practical means of transportation.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
