Extremely great check-in experience and friendly staff. Our room was standard but terrible for sleeping. The climate control was faulty and even though the AC was maxed out in early November, we were sweating in the humid room. We toughed it out as we had an early flight and didn't want to deal with changing rooms at 11:00 PM when waking up at 3:30 AM. Hotel is nice enough but make sure the thermostat is working once you get in the room!

The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport which were my biggest requirements. The staff was okay, but did not communicate as effectively as they could. It was a turn-off that, unless you paid the buffet price, there was no coffee available, except for a vending machine in the lobby.

Great location with lots of restaurants and a shopping center nearby. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check-in earlier. This is a great place to stay when visiting Parque das Nações in Lisbon.

I was very unhappy because I had my reservation for months and they canceled us 2 days before we got there. We had to change our credit card because it was stolen. We called their phone 50 times and they never answered. They canceled us the next day and left us hanging. Very poor management
