Great place to stay in CasCais!! Affordable place and we would stay again! Easy parking and walkable to the beaches and city centre. Staff are so friendly and helpful! Wish we stayed more days.

Great staff. Clean rooms, nice pool. Room Safes could do with an upgrade. Housekeeping remove towels in the morning and often do not return them to the evening

The windows were broken and couldn't be locked. Apparently that was the way it was supposed to be because of the escape routes. A rip-off. The refrigerator was extremely loud and had to be turned off at night. Too few parking spaces. Too few loungers by the pool.

Great customer service, kids enjoyed the swimming pool, lovely spacious room for all 4 of us. Only drawback was the breakfast options, for a full English breakfast it was not the standard as the sausages were just mini cocktail sausags, no baked veans but a different type of beans more like for lunch type, and no mushrooms, or hash browns ortomatoes. The scrambled eggs were dry so I opted for fried instead but the orange juice seemed off both tines we went for breakfast. Could have been the machine needed cleaning maybe.

I had terrible experience with this hotel my diamond bracelet and a dress got stolen by the stuff I believe ..hotel reception and management did not care they were very dismissive and did not care ...stay away from this hotel

Lovely room. Had one of the refurbished rooms on the top floor plenty of room for a family of floor. There were some cracks in the wall and the bathroom tiles could do with a scrub but overall happy with the room. Pool area was lovely. The breakfast was poor and so glad I hadn't included it in my booking. Tried it out one morning but the hot breakfast was poor and the cutlery was tiny! Lots of nice café within walking distance all reasonably priced.

The staff was really good specially due to the fact that my mom walks with a cane and when we use to get back at night time the employee a gentlemen with glasses would come move he’s own car for my mom that was by far amazing and the staff that cleans the rooms are amazing I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this is top top and if you get the nice rooms the view on the balcony’s are insane if you bring your wife they will be asking you to take lots of photos and the rooms are really big

Terrible hotel— book elsewhere
This hotel is very inefficiently run. Check in was hours late, they didn’t have enough sheets for all the rooms, we didn’t receive bath or hand towels until our last day. The staff at the desk and the cleaners are very nice, but management needs to step up because this was a total waste of money and they shouldn’t be taking bookings if they are under staffed and can’t service them. The hotel itself is run down and old. I could hear the person next door snoring and the air conditioning didn’t work and stunk. Pool was okay, but again — not clean.

One needs a car to get out of the area, otherwise it’s a long walk Corridors near the pool are incredibly slippery - very dangerous Pool opens from 10-19h With car it is convenient to go to Lisbon or Cascais Pool is not heated and pretty cold

Our suite was very spacious for our family of three. Very clean & extremely comfortable beds. Fabulous to have an added bonus of the large balcony (could do with another chair as only 2 provided). Reception staff very friendly & accommodating. Loved the pool.

I had a bad experience over there. They said they would upgrade our room bc the other one was so small and when we arrived they said they gave our room to somebody else. Mind you we were 3 girls for a small double room bed. I don’t recommenced this place. Staff was so unprofessional
