Super place
Our stay here exceeded our expectations. We had a very nice clean and compact room with a small kitchen area including a washer/dryer for laundry (and ironing facilities) and dishwasher (with detergent). It had everything we needed and was very near to the subway station Marques de Pombal, with one change at Saldanha to get to the airport. The staff were friendly and there’s a nice cafe and restaurant on site.

Loved the vibe of Locke Santa Joana. The outdoor area was terrific. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. The only issue was the room/housekeeping service. The beds needed to be divided into two singles and the housekeeping staff were mot equipped with proper bed linens.

The apartment was cute and nice. The room was clean and felt homey and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The only thing is my ac had a bit of rattle that was a little hard to adjust to for the first night.

Convenient and comfortable.
This huge hotel is conveniently located near public transit and an easy walk to explore the city. I was in a junior suite for one night, but the kitchen seemed well stocked for longer stays. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and modern. One odd thing: the TV was in the kitchenette above the sofa. I could reposition it so it was viewable from the bed, but it was a little far. With the window open, the street noise flooded in, but when I closed it, there was complete silence. There were two restaurants. Food and service were great. The breakfast was outstanding. I recommend this hotel highly.

Locke de Santa Joana was an amazing choice for our stay in Lisbon. The rooms are small apartments, perfect for two. It was fully equipped with a 2 burner kitchen, fridge, sink, dishwasher, washer/drier, glasses, utensils, etc. If you need more soap, detergent, towels, anything, you can ask at front desk for more. All front desk staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Loved the overall structure and decor of the hotel too. It’s brand new, converted from a convent, they kept a lot of the original azulejos. Overall, definitely recommend this place!
