Extremely professional staff. Mini spoke four or five languages fluently. The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The concierge service was welcome. The staff paid attention to detail and assured we were picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel. Buffet in the morning Was excellent and convenient.It was a very nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Decent stay in Lisbon
The staff at the hotel were nice and there was a 24 hour desk so someone was always around. The hotel room itself was a little small and felt tight. The bathroom, especially the shower was very tight. The rooms themselves were clean and was very close to bus routes.

This was a great hotel. The staff were nice, they allowed me to check in early since my flight arrived early. They upgraded my room. The room was great. Very clean and quiet. The hotel is about a 15 minute from Avenue de Liberdade and other attractions. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe.

The front desk personnel are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Our room are clean, and the bed is well made. I love taking a shower with strong shower head. We have an open closet not enclosed. We ask for a slipper and a wine opener, and we got it right away. However, the breakfast is a little bit expensive, so we go next door for coffee and a pastry. We commend this place for 3-4 days stays. rated for 4 stars

My favourite stay in Portugal. Yes the room is small but it is really clean and modern. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My stay was quiet and the shower is heaven. The breakfast is good by pricey. Only thing is that if they served dinner it would be a win. Beautiful hotel and amazing experience overall.

Staff very friendly, nice hotel and amenities. Little bit of a walk to the main sights - about 20 mins to Rossio Square (up hill on way back to hotel!) Location is quiet and has local shops and cash machine close by.
