Great family hotel!
If you’re traveling as a family, this is a great place to stay. They have kids activities, a small playground outside, a pool and kiddie pool, video games in the lobby, and overall very accommodating for families.

Hotel was ok, we had two rooms booked. They gave us room on opposite ends of the floor. One room AC was not working and we were told it would be fixed or we could get a new room. AC was never fixed and new room was offered on a different floor which wouldn’t work for our situation. Hotel is also under construction so from 8am to 6pm you hear horrible loud noises. Staff apologized in advance for the construction at check in but had we known prior to booking we would have gone elsewhere. Parking is 12 euro per day but if you leave and come back you have to pay again. Overall the lack of AC and noise mad this stay very frustrating. Hotel offered nothing to rectify.

The staff was a hit and miss either very friendly or incredibly rude. The hotel is wonderfully located and the area around it was welcoming and pleasant. My only complaint is that the bedsheets and pillows were stinky. Like when you wash a load and you forget to dry it but you still throw it in the dryer and it comes out smelling like a moldy stink. Would still recommend the location. Hopefully they correct the sheets and staff is friendlier

Bath tub is too high for average senior. Citizen floor is slippery when wet 🙏 Fortunately, I am much above average, compared to the Novotel in the Baltic countries, this one is a little bit disappointing despite it is standardly clean Recommend change the bath tub to more senior citizens friendly.

This property was undergoing renovations. Only one elevator was working at times. There was drilling noises. The carpet in our room was filthy and should have been changed months ago. Staff didn’t really care to help. Parking lot extremely tight. The area was convenient for the subway and Uber.
